The manager here is amazing. I needed to print out a booklet for one of my college classes. The printer unfortunately had a paper jam. His patience and kindness went a long way. Even though I couldn’t get all the pages printed, his effort and customer service was amazing.

As a transgender person, I've had good experiences getting my HRT here. It's so much easier than at the Santa Rita Walgreens where they lie about having called my doctor. They treat me like an actual human at this CVS.

This CVS is my one and only!! The pharmacy crew, (Hi Adriana, Jose, Terese!!) are always willing to go the extra mile!! 🥰
I am a handicapped Senior, I don't drive and rely on this store completely.
I was in the store yesterday to pick up my rx's and a few incidentals. The cashier did not bag one of my toilet paper packages, (BOGO FREE) and I didn't realize it until I got home.
I called the store this morning and spoke to the manager. I explained what had happened and told him I didn't drive.
He told me, "Don't worry. I will have someone deliver your toilet paper package." He hung up before I could get his name.
Within 15 minutes, Terese was at my door with my toilet paper.
I would like to thank the entire CVS crew for going above and beyond their duties!!
Also, I would like to mention the store was VERY clean and well stocked. I was able to get everything on my list and I left a "Happy Camper"!!!
God bless the entire store and again, I thank you!!!

The staff work hard. They are efficient and tried every means possible to serve me, After my first visit, the staff was already calling me by name. It's nice to be recognized as a valued customer.

Pharmacy closes for lunch supposed to open back at 2pm. It is now 2:25pm 5 people in line b4 me and we are waiting for it to open.

Poor experience with pharmacy. Unhelpful staff which is a great disappointment as the other Pleasanton cvs is brilliant. Poor counseling on new prescriptions is my biggest complaint as well as poor customer service regarding failure of being called when scripts are ready and inflexible approach to dispensing in a timely fashion.

We have shopped here since the store's opening. We typically buy a particular box wine in multiples of 6 in order to get the discount. Often there are only 4 on display, and sometimes but not always more in the storeroom. If there are not, they have always been gracious about allowing the discount anyway, since they don't have enough product to serve the request.
Except today. A different woman was minding the till, sullen and unfriendly from the get-go, and when I asked first could she have someone check for more in the back she said unequivocally there is none because the stock arrived on thursday and it is all on the shelf. The shelf has room for only 4, and we always have asked and had it brought out. So I asked her to allow the discount, as every other single checker and/or manager has done in the past. The checkers in the past have either called a manager or simply made the adjustment
Except today. She claimed she was the manager. She insisted I buy some other product , which I didn't want, to bring the count up to 6even though I had added a 5th item which was more than double the price of the box wine.
So I walked out without purchasing any of it. And if I see she is working next time, I won't shop there.

I called to find out if they had any rapid COVID tests. The person who answered said yes they did. Not the Binax Now but another brand for the same price. I asked if there were two per box and she says yes. I zoomed right over in 5 minutes and when I arrived the front counter supervisor ( she said she was the supervisor when I asked to speak to a manager) proceeded to tell me they were sold out since earlier in the day and she was the only one on-site and completely denied talking to me. I even showed her my call log on my cell phone. She acknowledged the phone number was correct but denies the conversation. She was not apologetic or anything. Had a total attitude and tried to make me feel like I was lying. Total waste of my time. CVS you should train your supervisors on better customer service skills.

I did a few times covid test before for travel and this time with minute-clinic of CVS in pleasantant was worse experience. I did my test on Mar 30 afternoon, no result until Apr 1. I kept calling for my result and all operators just asked you to wait and said they have 1-2 days window, until Apr 2 mid night, you just wait. The status keeps saying mismatch name which seems was their operation errors , lousy handlings on patients tests and just waste your time. People relies on the test to do traveling and they just don’t care or try anything to help. I will not recommend anyone to do Covid test in minute-clinic of CVS pharmacy. Don’t risk your travel because of such irresponsible staff in such organization .

Horrific systems and support. I have been using this CVS location for more than a year. I went on home delivery in summer. All was working well. Starting September, text communication was faulty and I had to call to confirm message were prepared and had to pick them up. They blamed their system and some glitch. Long story short...this has gone on since then. Various excuses... system...credit card not a file 2 months in a row when my card has not changed in years. Final straw ...this month I get 3 identical quasi English texts saying message too early...I finally realize I'm out of meds. They tell me they don't know why the system is sending the messages, no effort or plan to look into it and the capper..." we have no responsibility for our system...there is nothing we can do". Enough Is enough...I'm without meds for a few days but pulled out. No accountability... lots of smiling faces when you go there... terrible support with no plan to fix it. I'm sure I'm not alone. Hope someone at CVS is reading this. This location is severely mis managed or not managed

We walked in for covid vaccine as the website said walk-in accepted. They simply said no, website was wrong. The employee was very rude to us by keep interrupting and repeating “we’re overbooked” while we were trying to ask more information to book for an appointment. Very bad experience!

Don't waste your time getting a travel-related Covid test at CVS. I booked my test 2 days before my flight, and they didn't get the results processed in time for the flight, requiring me to spend $200 at the airport to get a last-minute test.
