My car was in the shop for less than 24 hours. The owner Larry was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. The price was reasonable. Definitely would recommend to anybody.

Great experience dealing with Larry and Reliable Automotive. They were able to diagnose the problem and have my vehicle repaired in a reasonable amount of time at a fair price. On a cross country trip to a friend’s wedding with more than 1000mi to go we noticed strange noises coming from the underside of our Prius. Reliable Automotive was right off the highway we were on so we carefully drove over for help. Mr. Larry and his staff were so kind, put it up on a lift and took the time to actually show us what was causing the rattling. We were back on the road within an hour or so all fixed up! These folks are professional and compassionate— truly a godsend to have found them!!

The most ABSOLUTE best service I’ve had in my entire life! Mr.Larry (the owner) is a truly exceptional man. He literally saved me from a nightmare… I made a huge mistake of going to another auto repair shop before him and the repairs they made caused more damage! I was told it was one thing and then another in order for them to get paid more for a different repair. Both repairs they did they damaged other parts while doing so. I must say this was a nightmare due to me being six months pregnant and originally from Texas and moving back. He made sure he would ensure that I get all of what I needed taken care of before me hitting the highway again… and he did just that. He even went out of his way to pick me up since I was close in the area instead of getting a Uber to I can get back to my vehicle. When I tell you this experience was amazing it shows you that there are still really good people out there and mr.Larry at reliable auto is one of them for sure. I would highly recommend ANYONE to this auto repair it’s worth it and you will be running PROPERLY. I would love to say thanks to the most amazing mechanic and his crew💪🏽

I was on a road trip from NM to VT when a bucket came off a car in front of me and tore something off the underside of my vehicle. Panicking, I brought it in to the closest shop I could find. I can't say enough good things about Larry's kindness and professionalism as he diagnosed the problem, ensured my safety, and got me quickly on my way. Amazing service and a true exercise in human decency -- thank you!!!

I can't say enough positive things about the crew and owner of this shop. If I could add an extra star I would.... This is the type of shop you look for to regularly service your vehicle.
On a recent road trip from PA to Colorado we had a mechanical issue that required immediate assistance. We were able to limp the vehicle into the shops parking lot on a Friday night at closing time. The owner and his son didn't shoo us away but instead put the vehicle on a lift to determine if they could get us back on the road. After about an hour, they made the necessary repair and we were on our way. The price was fair... actually better than fair considering our circumstance. Great guys with integrity and an exceptional sense of humor.
Make this your "go to" shop.... I would if I weren't 600 mile away.

We broke down on our way from Chicagoland to central Missouri and limped our way to St. Louis Auto Repair where we were met with the friendliest and most helpful mechanics I've had the opportunity to meet. Not only did Larry, Kevin and crew go out of their way to help us out well past the hours they closed, including giving us a ride to pick up a loaner, but they replaced the transmission on our 2012 Nissan Quest and got us back home safe and sound. I took my daughter 2013 Chevy equinox to a Chevy dealership to get the check engine code off they changed a part they did not fix the problem I took her car to reliable and Larry took good care of me I do highly recommend they services
