Monica is amazing

My son went today for an acne facial by Elyse. Fist off, when I booked it, I emailed her asking if I can give her my credit card number to pay for the facial and leave a tip. She replied with a long tirade how her daughter is sick and she is now at the hospital and it is really all very troublesome for her, otherwise she could have done it. After the facial today my son showed me his face and half of his blackheads and acne were still right there. I texted her and asked her why , she said- I removed ' as much as I could ' because ' it takes time'. I also asked her to recommend a cleanser for my son, so he can buy it after the facial, just like many spas offer. She texted me some pics of skincare, I picked a cleanser. She texted back saying" you have to go buy it at Target, I don't sell it here'. Horrible experience, money waisted, she sounds and acts like a lazy amateur.
