We always appreciate the patience and care Dr. Backus provides when we have questions regarding our daughter's health. He answers questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. In addition, he is always very kind and puts her at ease during in-person visits.

I appreciated them squeezing us in on short notice. My son had a cough for 2 weeks and although he seemed well it would be worse at night and I needed him checked out before the weekend. Everything was a smooth process from calling in, check in, and the visit with the Dr. Hernandez. Very clean. No pressure to wear a mask. Dr Hernandez is very child friendly made the visit fun for my 4 year old and I picked up on some fun communication skills to use at home with him. I was reassured he is in great health and that these coughs are now lingering from 2 weeks to 4 weeks. She was very informing. Found his nose looked irritated and suggested zertex. I started him on some genetic alternative and on day 2 he slept for the 1st time without coughing. Could be a coincidence but now after 2 weeks of honey and other methods. I will definitely use the allergy medicine the next time he has that horrible cough and see if we have the same outcome. Very thankful for Dr Hernandez and her team at Kaiser.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly. I got there early and was taken in to a room early but the practitioner wasn't early but on time. He was informed, personable and easy to understand and quick to explain in terms I understood. We agreed on a treatment plan and I left very happy with the whole appointment. It was a new experience to see his military service displayed on his white coat but I did not salute.

Dr. Lee took the time to listen, answering questions, and providing clear and informed details about epilepsy, spoke of the different avenues, of what my particulars show and more importantly, medication options and her experience with them. She also set up a solid plan for my treatment being both frank and positive. She is naturally warm, educated and informed, patient and direct. Very glad to have her as my doctor during this new phase of life and the changes this health experience brings.

Dr. Shaw is my favorite doctor. It’s always a pleasure to see her. Dr. Shaw has been injecting supartz into my knee for 9 years and I have been pain free. Her technique and care is remarkable. I have referred several friends to her and we all love her. She and her staff are always pleasant.

Opthalmologist Office - Friendly, efficient providers. Treatments offered for my dry eyes that no one offered me before. The plugs have worked wonderfully. No more burning eyes! Serum drops are being prepped now.

Dr. Kailikole was very nice and thorough. She explained what my problem was, and offered me various treatment options. I also appreciated her follow-up note. I was very happy with the care I received.

Dr. Green was professional but also friendly and put me at ease. He explained everything clearly and identified several problem areas. Got my agreement for additional tests, one completed that day and the other he immediately made arrangements for a few days later. He followed up on the test results and made arrangements for additional tests. He is thorough, knowledgeable and promotes confidence in his ability. I gladly recommend him to family and friends.

Arnelle was very attentive. She listened carefully. Had very good feedback. Showed great care and concern. Motivated me and encouraged me..looking forward to working with her again

Dr. Puccinelli is one of the best doctors I have encountered at Kaiser. She did not give me the runaround and took care of all my needs in the most timely manner. I am so grateful and will be sharing this experience among my family and friends. Thank you so much Dr. Puccinelli!

Deb Nicholas was my women’s doc for the last nearly 30 years until she recently retired. I never had to worry when I was under her care, because I was in good hands. She sincerely cared about her patients, responded to emails promptly, kept up with the latest research, and coordinated my care so that I had the best medical treatment.

Dr. Zack Belowitz is a ROCK STAR! I was referred to Dr. B for a PRP injection. Dr. B was surprised that I had never been referred for ongoing postoperative neuropathy and took an immediate interest in my nerve pain/numbness which had been worsening in recent months. Instead of a PRP injection, Dr Belowitz found a neuroma via ultrasound on the deep perineal nerve which was the source of my increasing nerve pain and numbness of my foot. Yesterday, I had surgery in RWC to remove the neuroma by Dr Patrick Pezeshkian , and I’m happy to report the sensation to my toes and bottom of my foot have been restored along with no more burning, crippling, nerve pain. My future is looking brighter!

Lynnell Morris During triage: asked relevant questions; listened; responded and answered questions directly and simply. She explained procedures and protocols thoroughly. I'm very satisfied with our meeting. I'm confident and believe her assessments and referrals will be of great help.

Dr. Dokey is absolutely fantastic! Her just did my cataract surgery, which went extremely well. I am sensitive to hospitals/surgeries in general, and eye surgery specifically. Dr. Dokey was kind and gave me a good amount of his attention before, during, and after the surgery. I recommend Dr. Dokey at Kaiser 150%!

Dr. Salvador always makes me feel heard. She is thorough and efficient, but I don't feel too rushed. She seems to genuinly care about my well being and I feel safe with her.

The Kaiser Permanente hospital at Richmond is a good community facility with dedicated doctors, nurses, and medical staff. The facility is has been newly renovated and the interior has a bright new look. The hospital is relatively small compared to other hospitals with two buildings with various departments. There is a large parking structure nearby, but can be busy daily.

Amanda is just brilliant in her ability to figure out the source of pain/spasms in the pelvic area or lower back, and then comes up with exactly the right exercises, stretches and her own hands-on work during the appointment to fix the problem. She fixed a different problem for me a couple of years ago, when no one else could figure it out. I had to wait a while for my appt with her but it was totally worth it. Kaiser, please give her a raise so she doesn't leave!!! In general the PT dept is very strong (though understaffed -- Kaiser please fix this!), but Amanda is especially expert in that area of the body.

Fantastic, very thorough eye exam! I've never had one that was so detail oriented. The Doctor also dispelled any fears that I was having about my condition.

The doctor took his time to address all of our questions and concerns. He was quick to look up information requested and was very kind and gentle with Alitzel. He seems very trustworthy and friendly.

Emergency accommodated by urgent care doctor Brian Chan, to me he’s a life saver, addressed all my issues, and prescribed medication that provided comfort to me in few hours. I’m very thankful for such quick response.
