Went there to inspect my AC. And they didn’t just inspect and give me a quote for it. Instead they told me there is an extended warranty for the AC from the manufacturer. And suggest me to check with the dealer. And they are right. Get my AC fixed for free.
I have no ideas about the extended warranty. And maybe other auto shops will also let me know about it. But still I would say this is a honest auto shop.

Very happy I came across Precision Auto Repair, they took care of my Lexus with care and meticulous attention especially when the 150k major service came around. I appreciate the staff especially Ken and the mechanics, great place to service and keep your cars running in the best condition. I will definitely be back for more services!

Very knowledgeable, capable and courteous. I could not be happier with the work done by Precision Auto Repair on my Toyota Land Cruiser, and I plan to have all my maintenance and repair work done here from now on. My only problem is that I didn’t find these guys years ago! Excellent work, properly explained, and with fair and transparent pricing.

I can't say enough good things about this place! I completely trust Kevin, and always know he is being honest with his suggestions. There have been at least two, maybe three times, where he probably could have upsold me on something, but instead was honest about how long I could wait to get it done. I have never dealt with another auto body shop that I feel so comfortable with. We live in San Ramon, but take our cars to Precision because of their excellent communication and service. Top notch!

Thorough & honest. Takes the time to explain what is needed versus what can wait and/or good maintenance schedule to help prioritize your needs. I feel good taking my mom’s vehicle here knowing she’s in good hands with an honest shop. They also offer a loaner car if you need one. Excellent service, very professional. Will Definitely be coming back.

I had a really good experience with them. My car was showing engine light, and they were able to just reset the light. The cause of engine light was probably a dead battery jump start and then replacement I had to do a few days back. I find them very reliable and will be using their service going forward.

This place was recommended by a friend as I was new to the area and didn't have time to vet a new shop. Been to this place twice. The first time I went I made an appointment. They picked me up and dropped me off in between. It was great and the driver was very friendly. The second time I came, I called and did not have an appointment. and Ken (the associate at front) helped me out and squeezed me. I was in and out in no time.

They didn't overcharge or try to up sale a single thing. I was surprised as it has the typical auto shop/tool shop 🛞 hypermasculine male energy that you sense at your local Home Depot. I was pleasantly surprised no extra costs considering I was a hen (female) in a rooster (male) house 🏡 you ... know sometimes these places they try to cluck the clueless females out of 💴 💰 💵 sometimes ... but none of that nonsense here. Hallelujah! 🙌

Also, they have a nice waiting room for you even have stuff for kids and a computer 🖥 to surf the internet while you wait. Very accommodating and professional. They go the extra mile to make the costumer comfortable.

If you need your car serviced I'd trust this shop any day!

Took my Honda CRV in for an oil change (way overdue) Kevin called with concerns about oil and coolant levels but offered a much less expensive solution to verify if there is a problem. He also informed me that my tires were getting low on tread but didn't want me to replace them right now in case the oil/coolant issue turned out to be a problem. I really appreciate his honesty and thoroughness -- he explained everything completely as he always does. I trust Kevin and Precision Auto to do what's in the best interest of their clients. Scheduled a 60k service for an Acura TSX. It was completed well before the promised time. Their shuttle dropped me off and picked me up efficiently. The service manager made an effort to explain the recommended repairs for other wear found during their inspections - fortunately nothing urgent.

I had been a customer of Precision Auto Repair for 17 years . They provide excellent customer service . They are reliable and honest. Kevin has been very accommodating every time I ask his help and expertise regarding what needs to be done with our cars maintenance and repairs.

Been going here with 2 other Honda cars for about 10 years. Brought my Toyota there when it broke down. Now I bring my Mazda there (it may not be listed but they know what they are doing). Hands down the most fair, reliable service and price in the area. The team there are professional and super polite.

Everything was great from scheduling the appointment, getting details about the service, all the way up until pickup. After taking the car to the Acura dealer for 13 years, I finally found the best alternative. I plan to bring my Lexus SUV here to!

It was a good experience for the first time I brought my car in. They were very clear about what would be included in the 60,000 mi service and good communication to let me know when my car was ready. I also appreciated their shuttle service which gave me a ride to Dublin. Definitely would recommend precision Auto to others!

It’s refreshing to find a repair shop that Is polite, friendly, and honest. They Do a great job communicating exactly what The issues are with your car But don’t push you to feel like you have to fix everything all at once. I Will be doing all my auto maintenance and repairs here.

Precision Auto is the best! The mechanics are trustworthy and will not over charge you for unnecessary maintenance or work. I have taken all of my cars since I started driving. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else unless I moved from the area.

Great experience. A previous mechanic told me I needed a new engine. Precision determined otherwise and literally saved me thousands of dollars on repairs or the purchase of another car.
