He has gone beyond the call of duty and even helped in areas that we were not aware needed attention. As a young family we felt completely safe with Colton in our home and were deeply appreciative of his constant patience with our children running around. I cannot adequately sing the praises of Shamrock Plumbing. They were completely responsive from the manager (Stan) to the accounting (Nubia) to the technician (Colton). The price for the work they performed was fair, their response was quick and their follow-up incredible. I couldn’t be more pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

Our water heater went out and we were in a panic. We called Shamrock Plumbing quickly and they sent out Colton and Spencer to save our day. They brought a very capable water heater which was quickly installed. Some small modifications were necessary, but they were very experienced, and made those modifications quickly and efficiently. We are very grateful for their Expertise and will continue to use Shamrock Plumbing.

Shamrock will give you a fair estimate, a fair price, and never try to upsell you on unnecessary repairs or equipment. They returned my voicemail promptly and had my leak diagnosed and fixed the same day. I will call them for every plumbing issue going forward!

We had shamrock come work on our home and put in some pretty complicated drains for two bathrooms, laundry and replace a water heater in our basement. They were amazing to work with. They were very responsive, trustworthy, very reasonably priced and the most knowledgeable company we had to come look at our project. Stan, Colton and Aaron were awesome to work with. I would recommend them to anyone I know that have plumbing needs in the future. Five stars. 👍

He diagnosed the problem and was not afraid to climb into our dark smelly crawl space to repair the broken pipe. He gave me sound advice on how to avoid this problem going forward. Colton, who has been with the company for 18 years, a fact that speaks volumes, was fantastic and troubleshooting our issue, explaining the fix, and helping me think through other potential problems that I need to anticipate. This is an outstanding company to call if you need plumbing services. We had a quote from another company, who wanted to charge us approximately
$16,000, to replace plumbing in our home. Our home is 27 years old. We had a technician from Shamrock give us a second opinion. He saved us $16,000. The technicians name was Woody. He was the greatest. He explained everything to us & told us why we didn’t need plumbing replaced. So call Shamrock & get your plumbing done right!!!!! Fantastic job by Shamrock as always. They really did me a favor as water heater broke down and stopped working. The scheduler who was fantastic arranged for a tech to come out first thing as we had no hot water in the house. Ethan was the tech specialist who was incredible— knowledgeable, professional, diligent and able to bring in and install a new water heater in the morning. I could not recommend Shamrock more for plumbing needs and that is why I have used them on multiple occasions. First rate!

I recomend Shamrock. I had another plumbing company come repair a main line pressure valve. In that process I was told my water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced and their quote was outrageous. I called Shamrock for a second opinion. I'm glad I did. Thier plumber said there was no evidence that the water heater was leaking, but that based on the age it probably would need to be replaced in the next 2 - 3 years. Shamrock's quote to replace the water heater was $2000 less with the same 10 year warrenty. I appreciate the honesty and not being pushed into replacing something that didn't need to be replaced. Shamrock will be my first call when it's time to replace the water heater and for any other plumbing needs.

Sam and Woody at Shamrock Plumbing were excellent. What we thought was a clogged drain turned into re-doing all the piping on a whole sink. They worked quickly and kept me updated on everything they were doing so I could approve it before they did it. They explained things to me thoroughly as I am a novice and wasn't sure what was going on. I am grateful for their hard work. The sink works perfectly now and the price was very fair. I will recommend Shamrock Plumbing to family, friends, and neighbors.

I never write reviews, but for this service I felt it was a must! Shamrock Plumbing came, diagnosed the problem (shot water heater and water softener) and replaced both the water heater and softener. They are very knowledgable, the cost for their water softener technology and service is truly amazing! John was a fabulous and I feel like I could call him and Shamrock again for any follow-up. I haven't used Shamrock before, going with other services, but now I'm sticking with them FOREVER! They are the best. So thankful for their quick and excellent service!

I spoke with Nubia on the phone and besides being very nice she is knowledgeable. Nubia got me a timely appointment and Gary showed up and did a great job. He explained everything and let me make the decision. Gary had the pricing with him so there was no back and forth with the office. Shamrock got us back to normal again.

I definitely recommend Shamrock. Gary had everything on his truck that was needed including parts and tools. I took a picture of the model number and serial number and Nubia helped me get what we needed with a 6 year warranty and 10 gallons more than I had.

She explained that the water heater needed a 4 inch vent and I measured mine and it was a 3 inch going into the wall and she explained that she could change the water heater so the vent did not need to be changed or they could install a new vent. She had the pricing at her fingertips and was super helpful. This is a great company that knows what they are doing to get the job done correctly.

Give them a call and don't worry about them selling you things you don't need. The quality of the water heater is a bit better when you buy from plumbers when compared to big box stores and they stand behind their work as well.

We recently reached out to Shamrock for a "second opinion" on a reverse osmosis system replacement. We were assigned to John and were immediately connected with him to set up a visit. We've had bad (and overpriced) experiences with some of the bigger names in town that you would recognize from their TV and mail campaigns. John was honest, professional, friendly, and genuinely interested in giving us good value. The RO system quote was fair and competitive and he solved a couple other problems left by the other companies while he was waiting for some return vendor calls. Shamrock will definitely be our first call from here on and we plan to have them back.

If it’s true that strength of every company is found in the excellence of its employees, then Shamrock is a stand out at least in part because of Colton F who was professional, respectful, and incredibly talented. He fixed a shower that three other plumbers had tried and failed to fix. Colton also replaced some pipes on our water heater and left it looking like a piece of artwork.

We had a leak coming from our sink and were being told we would have to pull our vanity from another plumbing company. We got a second opinion from Shamrock and Nathan Reynolds came and found the problem right away and was able to fix our leak so we could use our bathroom again. 10/10 would recommend Shamrock for your plumbing issues especially Nathan!

John did a wonderful job installing our new water softener. He is fair and conscientious. He is a senior in the company and it really shows by his workmanship. He stuck to the original bid while we did some remodeling which we really appreciate. Highly recommend.
