AAA Dublin Branch

I came in to get a temporary handicap placard. The whole process was so easy. I made the appointment on line, I waited for less than 5 mins (they took me early), and the team member who helped me was so friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this AAA office.

I went in to get a temporary handicap placard. When I first arrived, the DMV services were unfortunately down statewide, but they were very helpful how they could be. They made sure that when I came in all my paperwork would be sufficient and took my name and number and called within 15 minutes of services being up. Then, I only waited around 10 minutes to be helped and walked out with everything I needed!

On the day that I visited, I was running late because my previous appointment was delayed. Thankfully, this branch is open until 6 pm on weeknights, so I had plenty of time. Once I got there, I checked in at the front desk and only had to wait a few minutes before I was called to the counter. The branch employee who helped me was really kind and walked me through the process of filling out the necessary form for my request. I was all finished within about 20 minutes. Great AAA branch!

I was pleasantly surprised how the Dublin branch has a very friendly/ professional staff with quick service even though I was warned of a longer wait due to the
holiday.

Little late on my review but I went in for my reg renewal on a Sat morning and service was quick and easy. Thanks for making it so convenient!!

Anything beats DMV!! But seriously, very friendly staff. Clean office and comfortable seating if you need to wait. I've never waited linger than a few minutes to be served. I take care of all my vehicle registration and title documents here. Haven't been to DMV in years...won't be going back unless I absolutely need to. Stick with AAA and roadside service has also saved me and or family when in need over the last 3 decades.

Great location with plenty of free parking. Not busy, no appointment necessary, just walk-in. Very knowledgeable and polite staff. We finished two DMV transactions which required 4 forms and two payments in 15 minutes. We would still be waiting in line at the local DMV. Mild attempt at up sale but nothing too annoying. I wish they did not charge a fee for credit card transactions but now I am asking too much. It's our second visit to this location and a pleasant experience again.

It is Always Pleasant here. And Most of the time you are In and Out. Even when Crowded as such you get your business took care of in a decent time frame . Always my go to Branch. Oh and Side Note . The Branch in Tracy is worth visiting as well if you are closer that way ;-). Anyways you are still here looking at my review? Make an Appointment already or Better yet just pull up ! You will Not Regret It ..

Been with AAA over 30 years. When I recently called, with a question about my renewal going up by almost $300/yr, they found an annual mileage report in error! The customer service was very helpful, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, & efficient. No complaints in 30 years +.

I was welcomed when I entered AAA to renew my car registration. Everyone I met was friendly and attentive. I was helped in less than a minute and even received 1 year of free service for my roommate due to a promotion.

The AAA Dublin Branch folks were so nice and quick to help out, the last time I visited. I appreciate their friendliness and relaxed work atmosphere, even at the end of the day! Get all your AAA business and DMV needs taken care of at one stop shop!

Francisco Beltran gave me a quality customer service and revise my plan to make my payment lower than the original monthly cost. If you want to have lower cost look for him in person.

Hands down the fastest way to do any kind of DMV business you have, i changed ownership and got new tags and registered my new bike in about 10 min. Walked out with both month and year tags and my new reg. My title came in the mail in about 10 days. I would recommend this to everyone who doesn't like the DMV waiting game. Great experience!

Absolutely love this branch! Soo convenient! All my insurance needs AND DMV stuff in one building!! So awesome. And I must say from the extremely nice gentleman who greeted me upon entering to the AMAZING gentleman who assisted me just amazing customer service! Thank you AAA!!!!

I had an awesome experience here. I need to transfer a used vehicle registration. The staff was very friendly, helpful and fast! My only wish is that they replaced the DMV in every way.

It is convenient if you need to skip going to DMV for car registration, including title transfers between family members. There is a bit of a wait outside if crowded inside. Mask still needed. Great shopping center, a market, fast food even a dental office and more, a great one stop Shopping Center...

Went in on a Wednesday in the middle of the day. I waited in line for 5 minutes and was able to speak to a DMV associate. The associate was incredibly helpful and was even able to help me fix a problem that DMV never offered to fix.

One other bonus, AAA let's you use credit card on which I get rewards, while DMV online charges a 3% additional fee.

Quick service and friendly staff plus plenty of parking.

This place is amazing, super happy to be a AAA member. Everyone was super nice, from the front staff; to the dmv service I used. Rocio was great, took only a couple of minutes and process was done. She was caring and informative, it made the stressful process a whole lot better. I will completely recommend this location and AAA to everyone.

Over the years, this AAA branch has consistently met all my DMV paperwork needs with courtesy, professionalism, and timeliness. A special shoutout to Andrew, who made this year's paperwork conundrum less burdensome with his excellent advice and knowledge. Having the AAA membership is terrific - especially when you can count on Andrew at the counter!
