I could not have been more pleased! The service, the selection, the price, the availability were awesome. I needed 3 recliners the right size, the right color and available for delivery by Christmas and they had them. Zully was awesome! I love my new chairs and can't wait to see them in my home. I highly recommend La-Z-Boy and would definitely come back again!

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience at La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries in Pleasanton when we went shopping for recliners. Our salesperson, Anita Thorn, was very friendly and courteous when showing us around the showroom. She was knowledgeable, considerate, and gave us many helpful suggestions while still keeping in mind our preferences and our budget. Anita is tops when it comes to excellent customer service. We came away that day with a lovely, comfortable sofa recliner with two matching single recliners, and two end tables, which we know we will enjoy for years to come. Anita keeps us updated via e-mail as to when our furniture will be ready for delivery. Good customer service gives the customer satisfaction and joy that their money-spent was well worth it. We commend Anita on her excellent service. We have been La-Z-Boy customers for many years.

We have purchased a la-z-boy recliner a number of years ago and it's held up well. We needed another one for my wife in the bedroom. Anita came over quickly and provided excellent service. She spent a lot of time to make sure we we got what we wanted. Due to my wife's orthopedic problems, we valued comfort and ease of use over anything else. She spent some time in various different chairs before making a selection. Anita was very patient and did not rush her into a decision. The companies products hold up well. We liked the new reclines have a cordless remote with 2 programmable position settlings.

The Pleasanton LaZBoy Store's salesperson, Anita, was knowledgeable and patient. She completed the sale then had to change it for a different furniture set that we liked better. So happy we went to the store. They had a great selection of comfortable furniture. Great sale going on.

Our design consultant Anita Thorn was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable providing great assistance in choosing furniture style, color and type of material. She was fast and efficient making the process easy and enjoyable. We chose La-Z-Boy based upon quality of the product as well as warranty.

I called ahead talked with Anita at the Pleasanton Store she assured me that they all were wearing mask and social distancing. I explained what I was looking for and we discussed floor models and sales item. I arrived at the store and made my purchase within 15 minutes. I should receive my new furniture in a few days.

Surprised by the low rating. We came by shopping for a recliner with no intention of purchasing yet. They had a lot of options. Daniel was helpful without being high pressure. We ended up finding a great sale price and even got an additional Yelp check in discount. I'd recommend swinging by as they have a lot of selection at various price points.

My sister and I have been working long distance with Anita from the Pleasanton gallery on a project for our parents home in a senior community. Anita has been super helpful, creative and patient. She's given honest and informed feedback. We couldn't be happier with her service!

No pressure. I wanted a couch. Husband wasn't comfortable. We were also shown chairs based on his feedback. We ordered a couch and rocker chair for the family room (mix/match). We have a set in the living room from La-Z-Boy already (over 25 years ago).

I wanted to up-grade my big screen TV chairs and I choose to do my purchases at La-Z-Boy .
Kevin the Design Consultant was on it! He showed a lot of professionalism that went along way.

The young lady that was behind the counter, all I can say is "what a gem"! There again, the professionalism and common courtesy that was shown to me. Yeah, I'd come back again....

Unparalleled service and the best selection and quality of chairs for big and tall people in Dublin (I called a lot of other furniture stores). We were looking for an accent chair, and found a beautifully-crafted chenille recliner at La-Z-Boy. Even better, the chair was on sale. The buying process at the Pleasanton store was simple and easy, and ten minutes later, we were on our way with our new chair. We highly recommend looking here first.
