I have been using Les Sawyer Insurance since I bought my home back in 2012.

Since then, LSI has gone above an beyond and provided first class service.

Thank you Mo and Craig! After losing property insurance because of knob and tube wiring, these guys found a solution (actually increased our coverage) for a very reasonable rate. I am so grateful that they were willing to work with my difficult situation - Another insurance broker told my co-owner that we could expect to pay nearly 4x's what we'd been paying. Not true - thanks to Mo! nice people!

Stay away! This is the worst insurance agency I have ever done business with. The owner “Mo” is extremely rude. He purchased my old insurance agents company after he passed away and unfortunately I had to deal with this horrible agency.

I had business policies with them, personal policies, etc. but the service was so bad, I had to leave. They even let my personal auto insurance expire without notifying me which caused me to drive without insurance and have lapse in coverage. Who does that? On my commercial policies, I was left ignored when I need certificates of insurance done which left me with a bad experience in front of my customers.

Honestly, they caused so much damage to my business and so much stress to me I was going to take them to court but they are simply not worth my time.

If you want a horrible agent who has employees who don’t care, will treat you like garbage, and an owner who is slowly exiting from his own business, look no further. If you want great insurance with great service, I highly recommend you look elsewhere.

I usually don’t right bad reviews but this review is well deserved.

Dont even try going to them. When i tried cancelling the insurance for car.. they dont have the cancellation option and when i called them and asked for cancellation they did confirmed its cancelled. After 2 months they sent a credit collection service that i owe them for the 2 months service.. Its a rip off and stay away from them.
