All the girls are so very helpful & kind. I left my sunglasses there a few weeks ago, I went back a few days later & here comes 1 of the girls & called me (by name)
That shows your girls pay attention to the customers. They are almost like family.

I went into the store on 07/18/17 and first I must say the store was very clean as well as organized. I was greeted by a young lady named Lindsay who was more than helpful, we laughed and talked about me just moving to the area as well as her going above and beyond to make sure I received the best shopping experience! The sales were amazing and I ended up purchasing more than I intended but paying what I expected which was great, the other sales lady who provided the same amazing customer service was Ms. Kama! Upon leaving I had a brief but personable conversation with the manager Ms. Kyla, I just moved to Ohio from FL around Memorial Day and this Bath & Body Works has won my business and will be the one I shop at! Thank you all for being such a great team!

Great Bath & Body location! Very friendly staff. They let you just shop and they don’t hover around you like some locations. Make sure you sign up for the rewards program, awesome perks!

Everyone is so nice here. Pickups are always super quick and easy. Thank you for being so kind for my 4 year old son who wanted to smell allll the candles today. :)

Great location! This is a "test store" so you can find fragrances that arent available at other stores. I've driven three hours from Michigan to this location. Seriously if you are in the area check it out you wont be disappointed!

Stopped by here bc I heard they had hand sanitizer and they did! By the buckets! They really seemed to have it together and took the pandemic precautions seriously (though the young cashiers seemed clueless). The supervisor made sure customers understood the guidelines, even before walking into the store, and she made adjustments on the fly to make sure everyone was protected. She saw the cashier kept stepping out from behind the plastic guard to talk to the customer out of habit, so she gently told her to stop. Then, troubleshooted by saying, if it’s too noisy to hear the customer speaking, let’s turn down the store music. I liked that she had both their employees and the customers’ safety prioritized.

Friendly helpful staff. The semi annual sale is the best. I love stocking up on my favorite products and at the same time coming across new scents.

A small store but they carry so much.😊 I needed travel size items and they all the scents that were in the store. Very easy to find things and great customer service.

This store is doing perfectly with the social distancing. You can even wash your hands in the store! Over stocked with hand sanitizer. Thank you to all the workers here.
