Lily is the BEST!!!! SO GREATFUL TO HAVE FOUND HER...SHE WAS REFERRED TO ME, SO I REFER HER TO YOU! ...NEVER LATE, NEVER CANCEL, ALWAYS POSITIVE AND I LEAVE WITH MY LASHES FULL, HEALTHY AND BEAUTIFUL! CAN'T TOP THAT!

I see a potencial customer who had purchased a Groupon was 'turned off' by Lee's rather direct communications skills. I understand her concerns. I was one of those. But, I persevered with making the appointment, not being terribly enthusiastic about trekking over there, I live in San Francisco. Guess what, Lee is fantastic in her work and professionalism. She is Vietnamese, will not get 'A' in English. She is smart and streetwise, but best of all, her eyelash extensions work is A+++. She listens to what you want in how long, how thick, etc. . I tried 3 different salons in SF. Not impressed. Stuck with the last Groupon I bought for Lee's. Almost ditched it. Glad I did not. I now make the once every 2 months 1-hour+ drive to see Lee to get my eyelashes done, love it. So, give Lee a chance and a try, you would not be sorry.

Lily is Great! She knows what she's doing and uses a quality product. Been getting lash extensions for 3 years from her. Very reasonable price also. You won't be sorry.

I come for my lash Extensions. I absolutely love the way she does my lashes. So light and natural. I get compliments all the time. The service is great and the finished results are great.She takes her time to make sure you look good.

GROUPON BUYERS BEWARE!!
I purchased a Groupon for eyelash extensions, had a horrible experience trying to set up an appointment. The person running this place has zero customer service, even her voicemail states that she doesn't answer the phone, please text. I tried everything she asked to simply set up an appointment, but her response was always "I book 3 weeks out". But when asking to make an appointment for in 4 weeks then, the response was "no, call back in three weeks"
I don't understand how this person has any business. And if doing Groupon makes you too busy to redeem them with customers then why are you still doing it?
I have been dealing with this issue for two months now and my Groupon will expire in 9 days. This woman is probably going to get to keep my money, and to this I say, "Lee's total body care, you are a fraud"!!! I wonder if she is redeeming anyone's groupons. I have seen multiple reviews (after the fact of course) all with the same complaints as mine.
In the end, I was told I have an attitude. I can only assume she is referring to my frustration, because I have scarcely ever copped an attitude with an elder, my mama raised me better than that!
If this woman isn't a scam artist... I don't know what one is.
