I purchased my Honda Pilot new in 2021 from Washington Honda. They made the purchase easy and no pressure. The salesman Ken, was great to work with, very professional. Just recently took my car to the service department for a couple of Honda recall items to be repaired. The service department was wonderful to work with. They kept me informed through the appointment and my vehicle was done faster than expected. Overall great experiences with Washington Honda.

Melissa was our service advisor and she did an awesome job getting us scheduled quickly with the repair we needed. Excellent communication and service! Better than a lot of places.

Having the ability to drop off my vehicle the night before my appointment was very beneficial to me.

Also I was able to get an appointment in a time frame that worked for me.

Having the ability to send and receive texts from your service department was very beneficial for me to keep track of the progress of my vehicle's service appointment.

Great service department. Reasonable prices, professional & courteous. I purchased my vehicle 4 years ago there. Over the years there have been great improvements to the service department. Will not go anywhere else for service, tires, batteries, etc.. Highly recommend.

When you go, ask for James Taylor. Great guy - extremely friendly and well-spoken, he listened and worked with all my budgetary concerns and was very kind & down to earth throughout the entire car-buying process. Could not have been more frictionless!

My experience was wonderful. James really went above and beyond to try and help me same day. My vehicle was in Honda care less than 12 hours (some of those hours were through the night, so I don't even count those). I want to say I had a message it was complete by 9 am or so. I am so pleased. Thank you!

Washington Honda is the best, from buying a vehicle to getting great service. Today was a real treat from welcoming employees, text message updates, to shuttle to Bob Evans. I purchased a used 2020 Tundra
My salesperson Fawndessa did an excellent job giving me good info on her vehicle and comparison info on another similar truck that I was looking at through a different dealer. Fawndessa answered all of my questions or found the answer.

Made an appointment for a oil change and dropped my car off a day earlier. They got it done that day. I appreciated them getting it done earlier. We had bad weather coming on my original appointment day.

The team at Washington Honda made my first time buying a car a great experience! They quickly notified me when my desired model became available on the lot and were always friendly, quick to reply, and easy to work with. They were always transparent with fees and there was always someone around to help me out as well.

As always, another great visit to Honda. They were able to get the parts I needed same day and fix my vehicle to get me back on the road. Will definitely purchase from here again.

I had our 2016 Honda Civic inspected and Jim did a great job getting the vehicle taken care of quickly. The next day Melissa helped me get my 2022 Honda CRV inspected and she did an excellent job communicating to me what I needed done. Both vehicles did not need a lot of work due to the fact they have low mileage and are garage kept.
My husband and I are very pleased with our Hondas and the service we received from Washington Honda!!

Washington Honda is a great full service dealership. I bought my Ridgeline there and even though I live in WV, I go to Washington Honda for service. The dealership is clean and the staff is friendly. The service and parts department are excellent and always helpful, taking time to answer my questions. I usually don’t do reviews but I do highly recommend Washington Honda.

Overall fantastic service experience as always! Solid communication, explanations and execution by the service team and technicians.
