Carlson Smith is the man! My wife and I have been searching for a new mattress for weeks until we stopped in mattress firm to talk to Carlson. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us find the best mattress for us. I usually don’t leave reviews but this establishment and employee deserves it, thank you again.

We had the pleasure of having Carlson as our mattress sleep expert at Mattress Firm. He was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect mattress that best suited our needs. He made the experience very easy and enjoyable and was very charismatic. Highly recommended going go him for your mattress needs! 10 stars!

After looking online for about a week for a mattress, I realized there were too many choices and not enough information to make an informed purchase. My daughter and I went to Mattress Firm where we were greeted by Carlson. He is very knowledgeable, he explained the differences between types of mattresses and how to test them out. He helped us find a mattress to suit her needs and budget.

About a year and a half ago I bought a new mattress and we had a great experience. This time we were going back with a problem. I was hesitant . Dan greeted us and was friendly and professional. He gave us the next steps, told us exactly what we needed to do to take those steps and pretty much told us what would happen. He was spot on. Today I am happy to say we worked with Dan again to finish the final steps in resolving our issue. What a great experience all around.

As soon as you enter the store the attention is 10/10. Daniel, who helped me was just an amazing person, he actually took the time to explain me everything I needed and he had the patience and kindness to treat the client. And when I told him my budget he wasn't like others that as soon as you give them an amount they treat you different. He also helped me to look in other stores the availability of some brands I was looking for. I had just an amazing experience plus the fact that they do have variety of options.

Had a great interaction with Carl. Very patient and answered all of our questions. Even got educated on a few things. He explained the different types of mattresses and even shared his own personal experience of owning one of the mattresses that was on the showroom floor. Good to know there are sales people out there like Carl who know their products and stand by them to help make informative decisions especially when it comes to investing in your sleep.

Karl is a sleep mattress expert. He directed us to the type of mattresses we were looking for, and informed us of each brands attributes. We asked his opinion about a competitors brand and he quickly researched it which allowed us to compare it with the others. Karl is also well versed about financing options. We ultimately purchased a luxury mattress the same day. We are returning customers because of Karl. He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and an all around personable asset to Mattress Firm.

My partner and I had an excellent experience! Zayvier and Carlson were extremely welcoming and made the process of purchasing a new mattress a breeze! Zayvier is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Carlson was down to earth and also very knowledgeable when it came to helping us make a decision when purchasing. Overall, we enjoyed our experience with them. 10 out 10!

Carl helped us pick our tempur-pro-breeze medium hybrid 12” mattress king a few months ago and Daniel helped us complete the sale today. They are both excellent sales people and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Awesome experience, will buy from here again!

Carl was our sleep expert and was extremely knowledgeable and informative. I’m typically hesitant to speak with sales representatives after having prior bad experiences at other retailers. However, Carl made me and my fiancé feel 100% at ease and didn’t make us feel any pressure to purchase anything. Carl made our mattress shopping experience fun and made us feel that he was truly interested in making sure we found the right mattress for our needs. I could tell he truly cared about us as people and not just customers. We ended up spending more than we initially intended and we have no regrets! Carl was able to answer all our questions regarding the functionality and features of the different mattresses and adjustable bases. We had some concerns regarding the cable management under the adjustable frames since we have several young and mischievous pets and Carl even got down on the floor to show us what the wiring situation under the base looked like. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or person to help us in making an informed investment in our sleep and overall wellbeing.

Daniel was very helpful and efficient. We came in on a rainy day and within 15minutes, purchased a mattress we loved. He even price matched online deals form a different retailer!

Dan was very helpful when my family came in to look at mattresses. He was very knowledgeable about all the products and steered us to the perfect mattress. The delivery crew was also very respectful, (took their shoes off), polite, and efficient. We will definitely be making future mattress purchases here in the future.
