I rang the shop to ask for an specific pair of boots and they kindly hold them for an hour, they have many models in stock and well cleaned and organized even in a busy weekend, be aware that you will probably have to line for a few minutes in order to avoid crowds inside

Best employee ever!! I went in today and called and she answered the phone with the best attitude ever and helped me out through the whole phone call and in the store!! She was so lovely and nice she deserves a raise for people like Silvia!!

Very good customer service!! I waited in line for about 2 hours, when I got to the front come to find out the boots I was there for were sold out. But the sales associate went above and beyond for me calling other locations finally she found a pair went and picked them up and had them shipped out to me in time for Christmas. Like a said very good customer service, I will definitely shop here again!!

Found sequin ugg boots for $80 dollars. Also found camel colored ugg boots for $40 dollars. Great deals

Very good customer service. Went there 2a separate times. 1st time asked for advice and opinion and a very courteous lady staff helped us out. 2nd time, went to exchange six for our baby uggs, exchange was smooth and staff around the shop always asks people if they needed help, nice guy on the cashier was very courtenas well in dealing with our exchange even insisted on giving us a paper bag despite I saying no.2 thumbs up to Uggs Livermore outlet team!
