Today we returned to purchase our new leather recliner couch & recliner. What an informative, knowledgeable & patient person he is. Took the time on 2 separate visits to explain & show us of what we could have in what we were looking for. We really want Garry to know how much we appreciate the time he gave us. He is an excellent sales consultant with a very kind personality.

Both Greg and Garry were a pleasure to deal with and both really knew their business… even down to the dimensions in inches. Both guys are low key and did not make me feel pressured or overwhelmed with more information than I needed, while patiently answering all my questions. I especially appreciated their knowledgeable answers about leather grades and their attributes. I have a dog and asked a lot of questions about potential scratches. The paperwork was done with great attention to detail, Garry making sure that I understood everything and had realistic expectations about delivery times. The quality of the products makes me very excited about getting my new sofa, love seat and German engineered recliner! I highly recommend this place.

I had a great experience at this store working with both Gregory and Gary. What’s great about this store is that you can get multiple sofas in multiple shapes and sizes. They make the ordering and delivering process very easy. If you can’t find a sofa there with all of the available options, you are not going to find one anywhere.

Went to Arizona leather to find a sofa on a budget. Gary was very helpful. He showed me a few sofas that could possibly work for my home and I was about to leave to make a decision when he brought me exactly what I was looking for. This is the second time we purchased a couch set at Arizona Leather. We are purchasing the exact same couch (City Craft) as before since it's as close to perfection for us as it can get. It's been used and abused and still looks amazing over 5 years. We could find this couch online a bit of a better price, but the main reason we go back is that Gregory Allen!! He is such a delight to work with and I was overjoyed to see he was still there! He takes immense care in making sure we are know everything needed to make the right decision. I purchased a sofa from Greg, in 2012. It has down fill. I'm extremely impressed that the sofa looks brand new. On 7-8-2018, I contacted Greg on how to refill, the back Down pillows. He gave excellent options. One that you can have another Down i

I just want you to know what an outstanding employee you have in Gregory at the Concord California store. He was not only extremely knowledgeable and erudite, but was so helpful in finding me exactly what I wanted.
I came in just to look and with the vague request of a whiskey colored, mcomfortable leather sofa. He patiently tweaked my preferred choices, to come up with the right size, comfort, appearance and color... imagine my surprise when I learned it was called saloon whiskey! I thought I had made that name up.
He was awesome and a credit to your business.
If my sofa arrives, being made with the care and diligence displayed by Gregory, you will have made a home run with all the bases loaded.

Over ten years ago, my wife and I purchased a couch and recliner from your store. Both remain in excellent condition.

This afternoon my wife dropped her cell phone into the right side of the recliner. It went past the seat into the space between the seat cushion and the arm. After trying to everything we could think of to retrieve the phone for about 20 minutes we called your store for help. A man asked our name and about when we had purchased the recliner and said that he would look up our purchase and call back. Within two minutes he called back and said that the recliner we had purchased in April of 2011 was made by IMG and was designated a Divani Midsize. He gave us the phone number of IMG and suggested that we call them.

I called their service department and the lady who answered looked up the model we had and was able to describe how I could loosen two allen head bolts to get access to the cavity in which the phone was trapped. This worked perfectly and we were able to get the phone.

I want to say thank you for your help. The records helped to identify the product for IMG and their support was excellent. In a time where it is difficult to talk to a human at most retail establishments, we were delighted by the response we got in both cases speaking to people who were willing and able to help.

Greg was informative and very knowledgeable about the products. He answered all of our questions very thoroughly which made our decisions to purchase our furniture from Arizona leathers easy.
