We got a great view of the creek, they just remodeled and the staff are really nice when our key stopped working. Pretty chill! Most of the reviews reference before they remodeled seems like it's a lot better now. The pool wasn't too warm, but also it wasn't bad compared to how cold other hotel pools can be. They don't have extra beds, but they're very accommodating with pillows and blankets and towels. Their shampoo smells great!

Grateful to the manager, Cindy, who quickly remedied an overcharge on credit card once it was brought to her attention. Desk staff was also extremely patient and helpful.

I think this is one of the best Best western I’ve stayed at check in was fast the house keeping was like family made sure we always had what we needed I think her name was robin next day I believe Layla they were very pleasant and helpful I will be telling my friends and family to come here very pleasant stay thank you for a great stay I wi be back

The room was large and clean, the bed was darn right comfortable and the shower was nice and hot and the cost was quite reasonable.
They have one of the better breakfasts I've had at a regular hotel, I was there for two nights and the breakfasts were different each morning, plus they have a yogurt machine and a wide selection of breakfast cereals and bagels and cream cheese and such available. And to add to that the staff that maintains it are terrific and seem to enjoy their job.
Good bang for the buck if you ask me.

Best hotel I have stayed at by far. The rooms are very clean, and breakfast is delicious.

The pictures are not great but the brick building is beautiful. The sliding patio doors did not have the best locking mechanism. The rooms were very comfortable and updated. The breakfast was great. The only things missing from breakfast were fresh fruit and meat. Potatoes and chorizo eggs were very good for a free breakfast. We stayed here because my son just got a puppy. After the negative reviews I was pleasantly surprised. It is a motel that accepts pets and not a resort after all. The are restaurants next to and walking distance but I would not walk around there because of the busy road and lack of a sidewalk. There is a Dennys in the parking lot. Swimming pool was in the shade. 5/5 for what it is.

It’s a bit of an older 2-story building with interior room access and nice skylights in the hall. Room was clean with modern Best Western decor. I loved that the bathtub was large and featured a square rainfall shower head. TV was large, but isn’t a smart TV for steaming. Wi-Fi worked great. Customer service was friendly. Only negatives would be the carpet being sticky in need of a shampoo, and a few sketchy groups of people (guests) in the parking lot who were likely there for the nearby casino. The on-site Dennys gives a 10% discount if you show your room card. Great value overall, especially booking direct.

My stay here was fantastic. I do travel from time to time so I get to experience different hotel accommodations. Check in was seamless and I was welcomed and had my key in a couple minutes and was already off to a good start. Room was clean and comfortable and a sliding glass door with quick and easy access to our car. The full breakfast was outstanding and staff made sure everything stayed stocked. The biscuits and gravy were on point as well as the little mini waffles. Grounds were kept clean and we didn't hear any other occupants being loud which was great. The staff was nice and always made us feel welcomed and appreciated for our stay there. I will return to this hotel.

I enjoy Vest Westerns, I know what to expect; clean rooms, updated interiors, and great service and breakfast. This location did not dissapoint.

This is our go to spot. Everyone is always nice rooms are clean and comfortable the stuff goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. The two ladies that do breakfast deserve a raise the work there butts off to ensure you are satisfied. 5 plus stars ⭐

Spacious, clean, affordable, accommodating lodging....with breakfast and a fireplace as well?...love it

Reserved a room for one night stay on my way to Kirkwood. The room was clean and had all necessities. The price was decent. I got room 107 which was facing parking lot and had fireplace. The fireplace was functional. Bed sheets were clean, mattress and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast selection was poor. I went to Denny’s for breakfast. They share parking lot with the hotel. Overall good experience. Thank you!

Out dated but clean and friendly. Slept well. Convenient to more places. Best free breakfast ever! The server was amazing!

Delicious breakfast with lots of options for all tastes! Felt almost like I was at a restaurant, with the service we had. Rooms were clean and comfortable, pet-friendly. Would have liked a few more hooks and towels in the bathroom, but oh well. Warning: the keycards demagnetize easily, so be sure to keep them in pockets well away from your phone. There's a laundromat just a couple blocks down the street if you need it.

Definitely going to return. Room was sufficient, clean, and I personally like the layout. 2 shower heads with plenty of pressure. Breakfast was honestly one of the most impressive. Just about everything. Seriously. Scrambled eggs with cheese, ham, French toast, waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt, etc. Twas a very pleasant stay. 5 stars

Stayed here 2 years in a row when working at the Midsummer festival in Plymouth and we hope to be back again next year. Perfect location, excellent breakfast, and the kindest staff! Thank you!

Customer service could always be better here. The staff are never really the friendliest people especially if u ask for extra anything. Even if u stay more than 1 night cuz u won't get fresh clean dry towels.
To top it all off there was drug paraphernalia all over in the parking lot wonderful thing to have around with all the kiddos & our 4 legged family members walking around

This motel has certainly come up in the world recently. It was the local "No-Tell" motel for many years but the last few it's been turning that around. The rooms have been refreshed and remodeled, the lobby has been updated. It was a very pleasant experience staying here. They have a very good setup with the Denny's next door to provide reasonable food accomodations. All in all things are looking up here.
