Burger King

Went in this morning and was greeted by a manager by the name of Roy. I usually come here all the time during the evening on my way home from work and here lately my order is wrong so I brought it up to this manager and he said he remembered me and made sure my order was right. This manager was a young man but I was impressed with how well mannered he was and thought I would mention that if more places had people like him I would definitely take my business here. I think he works early so I think I will just come I in the mornings now. Thank you Burger King for stepping up and getting some good employees.

"The Valley Springs Burger King". The restaurant that will go down in infamy. But not for what you may be thinking! Strides are being made at this place! The charisma and efforts made by each employee, especially the newly appointed store manager, are hard to miss. Would hate if they started straying from their new course. Cause I for one love what I’m seeing. And eating!

Love Burger King! Kids are very good at taking otders.

It's Burger King. It will never have a nice atmosphere. Eat and go. Good service. Breakfast is the only meal there where the food is up to par.

Great service, especially considering the fact that they seem severely understaffed. The food is the same as you'd find at any other fast food place. You get what you pay for, and you're paying for Burger King. Don't expect any more than that quality. If you want gourmet, go to Brew'gers or something.

That being said, customer service makes or breaks a restaurant; and truthfully, this location has better service than most businesses around here. Definitely would recommend just for that fact.

Great service for the first time in ever I always avoid going here but today with the fast fresh food and the new manager with the younger gentleman we’re very friendly big change in this valley springs burgar king

The manager Roy and the cook Cheryl were friendly, fast and made our time at BK an experience we would recommend!

Food is the same as any other burger king. Service can be great or mediocre. Hard to figure.

We got everything we ordered and the staff was friendly and professional. We will go back if were ever in valley springs.

Satisfactory food at reasonable prices. Plenty if free parking and has a drive thru.
