Cost Less Food Company

Yeah, I went there a few days ago and wow why do you say beans? I would advise anyone that lives anywhere near costless food company to shop there the amount of money I actually save compared to where I live in Arnold. It was well worth the drive and the cashier there was so friendly.

Best bargains in California. Store is super clean, well stocked and organized. Can’t wait to shop again!

My mom went into the store today and she tripped in the produce department. A very nice young gentleman literally ran to her so she didn’t fall completely on the ground and handed her her grocery list and insisted for my mom to not be embarrassed or anything he told her he knew there was a reason he was over there. A young blond long hair gentleman! We wish we would have got his name. We tried to call the store and tell the manager how awesome he was but the line was busy! Thank you so much for being such a great guy and making my mom feel so cared about by a total stranger! What an awesome worker!!!

Very busy yet always so friendly. They always welcome my service dogs with open arms

The prices are great! All the employees are all really helpful & very nice. Also, Cost Less is the only place that has the peanut butter cream filled peanut butter cookies that are delicious!

Good prices fast service! Nice clean and always fresh produce since I’ve been there.

Love sales, produce and meat department...they custom cut meat like smaller stores but have reasonable rates on their meat prices...produce is more farm to table than larger markets and good variety of different ethnic products and less costly spices. One of my favorite stores...

Greatest prices on meat. I cook daily for 5 dogs, 4 of them large. Their meat sale prices are by far the best. Love that store!!!

This store has improved so much! Happy to have gone back for a better experience. Gave more stars due to overall cleanliness of the store and friendliness of the staff. They insist on taking the time to bag your groceries without making you feel like an inconvenience. You can’t beat the great prices either.

The fruit prices are really good. .75 a pound for fugi apples and about the same for mandarins. Bananas 🍌were a good price as well.
The meats are good quality and a good value. Also friendly staff that makes it feel like a family 👪
The place could use updating but maybe that's why the prices are low.

Almost always a great experience.The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to get me checked out. The prices are terrific, and usually well below other stores. Really appreciate the hot food items such as the ham and cheese croissants, breakfast burritos, pizza, quesadillas, and chicken because I care give for my father who is 94, and I don't t always have time to cook meals. It is very convenient. Also I love the produce Dept for good quality,variety, and prices. The one item I got a bad deal was the eggs, which I thought was $1.74 for a dozen. Turns out it was for 6 eggs. At least the clerk pointed it out and I did have the option to decline purchase, but was in a hurry and needed eggs. Next time I will pay more attention. Other than that I think the store is well managed.

This store has to be one of my favorites!! They have a great selection of products and rarely have empty shelves. Their meat department is probably the best place to get meats in Amador county, and beyond. I used to shop a local butcher shop, but now I go here for 90% of my meats! They have great sales, far better than any competitors I can think of. Their produce is great, and their deli counter has some great products as well. The only thing that I can think of that would make this store better, is a bigger fresh bakery section, maybe with local products? Other than that, you cant go wrong here!

Cost less food in Jackson always has the best produce in town for a great price. I always have a great experience while shopping here. Everyone is always so nice and uplifting.

Excellent! Aside from your usual great prices and selection, a very sweet young lady noticed that I left my lights on in my truck and made an announcement over the PA. Then she checked me out with a smile that I could see right through her mask. Give her a bonus! :)

I really enjoy going there because you never know what is on sale and the price is always good. The staff are very friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. It's a great 👍 experience every time I go there.

Quality food at the best prices. None of the fancy stuff other stores have, like coffee shops and florists, just the groceries you came for in the first place. Great sales, no club card required. Friendly and helpful staff and nicely faced isles. They open more checkouts when they need to, unlike many major grocers. Actually don't have to take out a loan if your cart gets full

Always a great deal. Never spend as much as I think I'm going to. Prices and customer service are perfect
