Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort

Stayed here a few times while looking to buy a house in the area. You can't get special discounts but all rooms are the same price no matter when, as far as I remember being told. We stayed in King size bed rooms which were very nice and spacious. In very good shape. Casino is nice. No alcohol in the casino or smaller restaurants, only upstairs restaurant. Smoking and nonsmoking areas in casino. Free soda and coffee in casino, I think they told me. Nice restaurant in the casino (kind of like a Marie Callendar's), snack bar, small food court-like area. Players club where you can earn points and enter contests based on how much you spend.

5 stars go to the lovely lady working at the front desk. "Morning shift" She was so nice and helpful. I drove 8 hours. I arrived super early. She had my room ready by noon. She made sure I was comfortable and locked my luggage away, why I waited for my room.
My room was huge and clean and had a beautiful large balcony... I'd stay there again

It's been twenty years that this place has been on my bucket list. Upon arriving for dinner we were able to dine in peace. I did get my membership card and enjoyed my free spins. You must spend twenty dollars first and then go to the kiosk to get a chance to get free spins. In all it's very clean, lingering cigarette smoke and a very nice ambience. I will be back. We loved the place as a family.

Did a new years eve gig there. Staff was excellent. My first time driving there. Easy drive, wish they had more signage on way to casino.

I had stayed in the RV portion. This place is awesome. Right adjacent to the casino and the shuttle takes you to and from your camp space. This resort was super clean and the personal were very friendly and helpful.

My recent and first visit to Jackson Rancheria was a unique experience, even though I didn't stay the night. Instead, I had the opportunity to explore the hotel's offerings, take part in a makers market, and indulge in some gambling. Here's a review of my experience:

**Cleanliness:** The first thing that struck me was the remarkable cleanliness of the hotel. Every corner I explored, from the lobby to the casino floor, was impeccably maintained. It's evident that the staff takes pride in keeping the premises spotless.

**Casino Atmosphere:** While the casino area did have a noticeable smell of smoke, it was heartening to find designated non-smoking areas. This consideration for both smoking and non-smoking guests is appreciated. The vibrant and energetic atmosphere on the casino floor was infectious, and it was clear that many were having a fantastic time.

**Dreamcatcher Player's Club:** The player's club was a highlight of my visit. It offers an excellent opportunity to earn free spins and other perks. I found the staff operating the player's club desk to be very pleasant and eager to assist. Their friendly demeanor added to the overall positive experience.

**Crowd and Space:** Despite the casino floor being bustling with activity, it was commendable that everywhere else in the hotel seemed to have a great amount of space for guests. This ensured that guests could find a quieter, more relaxed environment when needed. Additionally, having two large parking structures made finding parking hassle-free, even during busy periods.

In summary, my visit to Jackson Rancheria was a memorable one. The hotel's dedication to cleanliness, provision of non-smoking areas, a rewarding player's club, and well-managed crowds and parking made for a positive experience. While I didn't stay the night, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to others looking for a lively casino experience.

This is my spot,my friends,my gaming place of choice...so I'm a little biased...I love it,I love the staff,the location...top shelf.
Btw...this is the one that set the standard for Indian gaming in caligornia! Margaret Dalton was an amazing woman of stead fast perseverance, dedication and conviction for her people and the community! The woman that spearheaded this establishments existence...they put before an ocean of hoops of fire...what did she do...JUMPED THROUGH THEM! with teeth gritted and a smile on her face...she set a standard and this place is it...

Couldn't have asked for a more friendly comfortable first time experience. Meredith at the front desk reservation was delightful and very helpful. Hotel room was surprisingly roomy. Clean,well stocked, bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was super friendly and professional. Casino was great! Decent food courts. Peet's coffee and delicious pastries. Old and new slots. Some table games. Fun times. Looking forward to my next visit.

Loved the casino, didn't win but had a great time. Food from the food court was great. Was a little long for the drive but will visit again when we can.

I only go to the travel center adjacent to highway 88. Clean restroom. Fair prices and good variety of fast hot food and drinks. Could use additional picnic space.

The Lone Wolf lounge was amazing. The meatloaf was my favorite, but everything was honestly very good. Service was great. I'm definitely coming back!

I took my dad there for his bday on July 5th we had a great time and both left winners, however the next day my dad noticed his Bracelet is not on his hand so I called lost and found security and left my # not even 5 min later Dean called me and asked for a description and he said they did find one in the restaurant area!! He told me when can we pick it up, the problem was we live 2hrs 20 min away and I asked him if there’s any way he can mail it to us!! Guess what he did mail it out and for that we are so grateful!! Most casinos won’t do this since all they care about is you coming back to lose your money, but not Jackson

Played my last $20 on my way put on a $1 machine hit $285. I was up down...up... down then hit. Cashed out and left $205. 🆙 Very nice clean casino with plenty of slot choices. Servers, who very attentive and polite, brought drinks to you while you play I appreciate that. There is a self serve soda and coffee drink bar with a good variety of Pepsi products to choose or flavored creams and sugar from a dispenser no tearing open all the tiny packets to get a little coffee with your cream/sugar..haha. smoking is allowed and no door monitor policing when you enter. Large hotel and plenty of parking in the multi story parking garage. First time there and will most definitely return soon. I did see a big sign advertising BINGO, but didn't pay attention to what it actually said for days times best to call to get most current info. They have a few restaurant choices as well.

We camped in our motorhome. The campground is always fabulous. One of our favorite destinations. The timely shuttle to the restaurants and casino is great! Highly recommend.

I won $116. An I only played 5.00 on the pennies machine. It was the Buffalo the one with 3 in a row

Drove an hour for entertainment, play slots. They have some really nice machines and a wide variety. Did not walk away with winnings but had a good time, and was worth the $250 I gave to the hungry machines.

Ok. I hate to say this but... I have a love/hate relationship with this place. I love the fact that I have a place to go anytime I want to go somewhere. There are great things happening here. From poker tournaments to concerts to small gatherings of people for an evening of friends music and food to wandering amongst the multitude of machinery that casinos are known for. The place is well lit which is unusual in a casino yet it is very welcoming. The servers are very nice and will bring you a choice of beverages freshly prepared and free. No alcohol is served on the gaming floor which is nice, I think. There is a lounge upstairs called the Lone Wolf which is a nice addition to the place. I like the clean well lit inviting feeling I get walking into the place. I feel welcome, where I have been to a few casinos where it feels like that are watching you to make sure you ain't a dirty rat or whatever the Goodfellas would call someone they thought was there to clean them out.
The hate part comes from.. yup , you guessed it... Losing. I hate losing my money. But to be fair, it isn't from the machines not paying off, because they do. I just can't walk away from having so much fun. But if you look at it from an entertainment approach. A night out at a movie $40 with dinner $100 add gas in and we are now over $200. I can take my friend and go to the Jackson Rancheria with the same $200 and have a great meal at Margaret's Cafe or one of the many other eateries offered there and still have over $160 to go try my luck on the floor.
So take your time while you are there and have a blast. Who knows, you may be the next big winner. And don't call the gambler's hotline and tell them your problem is you aren't winning. They'll hang up on you

Pretty good I am changing my review from a 4 to a 5 because of this amazing pool the view from the room was not good but all around great. They should definitely add room services though but a 5 is accurate for this establishment. I do not recommend your bring children though either the arcade is closed permanently and they can not enter the casino not even to eat but they do love this pool

I loved it! loved it! Loved it! Perfect amount of people. Nice and calm. Very peaceful. I could play any machine I wanted, no problem, no waiting just relaxed with a cool atmosphere. Definitely going back. I can't wait already!😊
