Ashley Store

We came to the Ashley Concord ca store to purchase a couch. I highly recommend you talk to Steve his customer service is amazing. He greeted us right away and stayed with us the whole time until we picked the couch we wanted I’m so happy with our purchase. Thank you so Much Steve !

I had a great experience. I prefer to take my time to look around myself, and the salespeople were respectful of this. No pressure, and they right there when I had questions. Leo was knowledgeable and professional. He answered my questions candidly and was very thorough. The delivery crew were the most polite and efficient I have ever experienced. They made sure I checked out the sofa bed, had me test it out, and were very cautious and respectful of our home as they moved the large sofa into our modestly sized space. We bought a faux leather sofa sleeper. It looks very nice. Sturdy cushions and well made materials. Customer service at this level for a large company is, sadly, uncommon these days. Ashley was a welcome change. Each and every one of their employees at this store were wonderful.

Steve at the Concord store was awesome! He really let us browse at our leisure but stayed attentive so we always felt taken care of, without being smothered. After testing each couch (twice) we finally narrowed it down to one and can’t wait for the delivery!

Came in to get a couch. The sales rep Bret was incredibly helpful and patient. He showed us all our options and did not push the most expensive choice on us. He explained the difference in materials and even the times the displays had been sitting and how they affect the firmness versus the worn in feeling of the couches. Would recommend coming in and talking to Bret 10 out of 10.

Excellent experience with Darnell Carter who helped me on the floor to find exactly what I was looking for. Very attentive and listened well to what I was looking for. Left with what I came fore even better. Very positive experience. I had been in two other Ashley stores recently previously looking for the same item unsuccessfully. My only concerns was that Erica who originally met me and my sister in the store, didn’t give me her full attention and relied on the manager who, wasn’t knowledgeable regarding Ashley’s products; I was just told what I was looking floor wasn’t available. On my way out, Mr Carter happened to come by and asked if was looking for something in particular and he proceeded to pull out his tablet and searched a for the item I came in looking for and by listening, heard that I was really looking for a round table and not rectangular table that was shown in the original ad; same set, same brand, but with the round table I really wanted. That’s customer service at its best. Darnell Carter took that extra step that was needed to further assist in purchasing exactly what I wanted that day. His customer service ethics were the best and I am a satisfied customer.

Had called a number of places and found Brett at Ashley most professional, helpful and personable. When we walked in, he quickly remembered our phone call and quickly walked us over to view our options. After answering our immediate questions, he kindly walked away and allowed us time to discuss in private as we touched, sat, laid on the sofa bed toward making a decision. Will be recommending not just Ashley Furniture in Concord, but Brett! We feel good about our purchase!!!

Ashley concord store was pretty nice like the other stores. I went to buy a Ryversans Dual power recliner and a helpful associate named Thomas assisted me. He was very professional and new his way around the store. I even had a problem with my family's table bought at another Ashley's store and he assisted in that too. A total good customer relation.

Leo - Is an exceptional salesman. He is very knowledgeable and very customer oriented. If I needed to purchase additional items from Ashley he would be my salesman. If your looking to purchase quality items at a very reasonable prices. Ashley is the way to go for your furniture needs. If your Active Duty military retired and a Vet you receive 10% off your total. That's a great insentative.

We recently shopped at Ashley Furniture and bought a small sofa and dining room set. We had a great experience working with Raul. He was very attentive and was able to get everything we needed and financed, even the table which was online only. This was our second purchase with Ashley. I’ve always been very pleased with the quality and value of their items. Thanks again for the excellent service!

First buying experience at a Ashley store. Great selection with quality products. We were greeted at the door by our salesman who walked us through couched and answered every question. When we needed time to make a decision he gave us space and lightly checked in. This was a exceptional buying experience. .

Deandre was very helpful to me and my husband to decide on the dresser that is going to work for us. He’s very knowledgeable and we feel very good about our purchase. He is a clean cut young professional.

I came to Ashley Concord to buy a dining table set. With the help of Darnell, I was able to find the perfect set for my family. Darnell took his time with us by showing us all dining tables and chairs on display. He took the time to explain color options, arrival dates, and financing options. I highly recommend you go to Darnell when coming to Ashley concord; he is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I stopped by Ashley Homestore in Concord in search of a new mattress. Sales Associate Darnell was AMAZING! He made a somewhat hard decision VERY EASY!!! He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the various mattresses quality and features well. Ashley is lucky to have him on their team!

Everything about the sales experience was phenomenal, the salesperson "Erica" was informative, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I would definitely recommend this store and if possible this salesperson. This is the first place I will be visiting in the future

Sales associate Erica was very friendly and helpful. She helped my husband and with a sofa, recliner, coffee table set, Kitchen table and cabinet for TV. Waiting for furniture to be delivered . Helped us select color and style and was very helpful.

First the service was impeccable. Vince helped us as soon as we walked into the door. Asked what we were looking for and immediately found exactly what we described and offered comparable alternatives. He was patient with our questions and stayed with us through the entire experience. We are very pleased with the quality of service this location has to offer. The furniture, as well, is top quality and affordable. We are so excited for our free delivery and set up in the next 4 days! I highly highly recommend asking for Vince to help with your next furniture shopping experience.

Amazing personnel, selection, and prices! After going to many furniture stores/warehouses my wife and I were exhausted by the low quality and high prices of other retailers. We were fired up after leaving Ashley because they have solid products at good prices!!

Went in on Black Friday and had the best experience. Mo was so kind and patient. We got the sofa we were looking for with such ease! I visited the Dublin location before coming to the concord one and had a terrible experience with the staff. If you’re looking for furniture from Ashley, definitely visit the concord location!
