Purchased some auto blinds and vertical blinds, was cautious of price at first, but designer was patient, very informative in working with my family to get us what we needed, at price that fit my family's budget. Installers were great, no damage and clean install. Had some manufacturer issues with the blinds, but issue was dealt with in timely, and with professional manner. All did great, but special thanks to (Ameera T.) She went above and beyond in communication, customer service, respecting our concerns, and answering any questions we had, in a timely manner, with utmost value in customer satisfaction, providing us with an overall great experience. Would definitely reach out to Ameera and Cole's team ,Lord's will, in the future.

I was looking for Hunter Douglass Powerview Blinds because I wanted to motorize/automate the blinds in my bedroom and family room.

Cole's has a complete selection and a lot of knowledge about the products and they took the time to make sure that I got the specific color and product that I was seeking.

I also needed some blinds for French Door windows and another utility window.

Both Luca and Zack really took the time to listen and help me get the design perfect between the motorized and the non-motorized blinds.

Then April came out to make sure that we got the exact colors that we wanted for all blinds in accordance with our preference and made sure to order the exact products and colors that we had picked.

Finally, April handed off to the dynamic duo of Daniel and David to do the measurements prior to the final order and later the installation after the products arrived.

Given COVID related supply constraints, the project took awhile to complete, but during this time the entire staff at Cole's maintained excellent communication, friendly service, and did very high quality work.

We are simply delighted by all of our new blinds and how well they look and function!!!

I tried to upload a couple of super cool videos of the blinds in action. Hopefully these will play on your computer.

The first shows me using Siri from my Apple Watch to open and close the blinds in my bedroom by using my voice!

The second shows me using the Pebble Remote to open and close the blinds in the family room, and I discuss that I can also control with iPhone app or any digital voice assistant (Apple Siri, Amazon Alexa, or Google Assistant) as well. I even have a "scene" programmed which closes all my blinds at sunset automatically.

I could not be more happy with my new Hunter Douglass Powerview system (and my non-motorized Hunter Douglass blinds as well)!

Over the the years I’ve purchased most everything in my home from Cole’s Interiors. Nothing compares to the personal service I’ve received and and the expertise of their designers. When you walk into their show room, you know that you are welcome and will get all the personal attention that you need. I love shopping there and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Coles Interiors came to our home and helped guide me to figure out what would look good for window treatments and area rugs. Zack worked with me, he made really good suggestions

We recently purchased window coverings for our new home in Benicia. We stopped by the store and made an appointment for a designer to come to our home to assist with our decisions. There was a mistake in the scheduling and one of the owners, Zack Cole came to our home the same day. He was so informative and helpful with choosing the best designs. We chose to outfit our home with Hunter Douglas motorized shades. They look absolutely beautiful! We love the ease of operation and the ability to program them from our phones. We worked with Zack Cole to design a custom sectional and ottoman for our family room. This was the first time we had purchased quality furniture for our home and we loved the process of customizing pieces that would work best for our family and lifestyle. We wanted quality, high-end looking pieces that are also functional for small children and pets, and in the end we couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. Logistically there were several delays due to COVID and shortages on materials. Zack was extremely proactive with his communication to the vendors and made sure that we stayed informed throughout the process. Huge thanks to Zack and the entire team at Cole’s for the awesome experience!

Zack and the entire Cole’s staff were so helpful, I went in looking for a very specific leather sofa and they found the exact one I wanted. I went back for Hunter Douglas window coverings, including automatic blackout shades for our main bedroom which are amazing, and two beautiful swivel chairs for our living room. I highly recommend their customized service and recommendations. Even with the current national shortages in materials, their deliveries are faster than anywhere else and they will keep you updated throughout the process.

They were terrific! Zach was helpful in finding just the furniture I wanted. Things are difficult with the pandemic and all, but Zach keep me up to date on when my sofas would arrive.

The day finally came and 3 very nice men came to deliver. It was NOT easy! Our doors were small and we had added a phantom/clearview screen door to our front door. It looked impossible to get the sofas in. But these guys were the best! They worked so hard! Ended up removing (and nicely replacing) the Phantom screen door and even the trim around the door, and they got it in. These guys were fabulous.

From shopping, buying and having delivered, I have nothing but the highest praises for Cole's! I will continue to shop there.

Cole’s is excellent at their design,, service and attention to detail. Zak and his crew have kept us completely in the loop with shipping dates and the installations and deliveries have been punctual. We couldn’t be more pleased.

I want to extend a big thank you to David who came and installed my new shutters. He was on time, extremely efficient and friendly. Daniel has worked on many projects for me over the years. I wish him a happy retirement. I think Coles and your clients are in good hands with David.
