Amazing service! Got us in next day and I was able to add treatment to my hair on the spot! Would deff refer for mommas with curly haired girls!

Definitely 5 stars. They did such a good job I had so much of everything and they took it out the same day. And they did my hair and a cute design for free very happy here. Definitely going to come here again and again until i die.

Our kid was unfortunately exposed to this annoying experience and they were able to help us fix the problem in just an hour! Great experience and great staff!

Luz was absolutely amazing! I’ve done the checks elsewhere for my daughter and I and nobody gets it done like her !! I leave feeling no doubt that she checked thoroughly! Got the treatment from her and she was gentle, thorough and kept me and my daughter at ease. I highly recommend this place.

The owners Cindy and her husband is who you would talk to for scheduling .... they treat you like family! Flexible, responsive and understanding . If I could give more stars I would .

Also, explaining the process along the way while answering all the many questions I had. I am grateful to have come to her for help!

Lice-Free Clinics was extremely accommodating. I noticed nits in my daughter's hair at 2pm and they were able to get us in the same day at 4pm. When we arrived, they offered to check the rest of our family and, lo and behold, we were all afflicted. They were able to provide all of us treatments. I remember having lice as a girl, and the treatment was not a fun one. But both technicians were extremely gentle, not to mention super attentive to the kids and I. Highly recommend!

Discovered last night that our daughter had lice. Frantically purchased OTC treatments for each person in our house hold from CVS. For peace on mind and the guarantee that we will all get effective treatment, I called Lice Free Clinic first thing this morning! Was able to secure an appointment via Cindy! We have all been checked - some of us cleared and the rest treated! Luz (who treated us) was great and reassuring and even left with many tips to avoid this from happening again! Phew! Feeling like we can continue with our day and with our lives! Thanks Liz and Cindy!

We were so lucky to to find this place. Our technician was Cindy and she was totally awesome! My daughter and I made an appointment after we were unsuccessful using the OTC products at home. Cindy made a special trip all the way out to Concord from the other clinic in Pleasanton. She was very professional and did a very thorough job on my daughter's hair. She simplified all the post-treatment instructions for us and we were on our way in a little over an hour. Highly recommend this place!!

Naturally, we all freak out when we hear the word lice. My daughters were scratching their heads and I finally checked them, only to find a few live lice bugs and a number of nits. I took them into the clinic on a Sunday and Luz was wonderful! She took the time with all three of my girls and was so informative on the cleaning process and what to do in the future. Worth the money to not have those darn buggers come back around. So thankful for the time Luz spent tediously checking and rechecking. I would recommend this clinic to anyone!

What a God send Cindy was for myself & daughter! So sweet, caring and thorough!! She did an incredible job of calming our worries and normalizing getting lice. So thankful we found her! I would give her 6 stars if I could.

I never knew about lice clinics of America. My neighbor recommended them and we made an appointment for all 5 of us.

I was really amazed at how thorough and knowledgeable the staff was when treating us. Cindy was really personable and made us comfortable. She really made sure that every speck of lice was gone so there would be no need to come back for a recheck. How considerate! Much appreciated since I work so much.

Omg!!!! So great! After a rough morning of getting the news my family had lice, it was one quick phone call and they gave me and my family an appointment so quick!!! They are so friendly, and make sure everyone is super welcomed upon arrival! Very clean space! I would definitely recommend coming here if you are even in need of getting rid of the lice!!!
