This place is a scam! My husband and I went here for the first time and will not be back! FIrst she has everyones information in boxes scattered all over the place, she also has a dog running around very unprofessional. When we started going through our information we told her multiple times we do not use our cars for work, we dont pay for our insurance yet she somehow decided to use to maximum amount of deductions. At the end she smiles and says your getting $6,000 back. My husband and I have always either had to pay or maybe got back $200 at most and nothing has changed within the last couple years. We questioned her and she assured us it was done right but we were skeptical so we went to Kerrs Tax Service in El Cerrito and thank god we did. Turns out our real refund after paying state was $200! BIg big difference thank the $6,000 she was going to fraud the goverment. I called Patricia and told her I wanted my check back as we had to go else where and she said ok I'll send it to you in the mail, I put a a stop on the check just incase and good reason not only did she try and cash the check but she then sent me to a collection agency! I called her and asked what was going on as she was suppose to send me my check and she never mentioned anything about it being an issue when I spoke to her. She said I dont know I have to talk to my books lady. When the collection agency called me again they said well she says she did the work so she should get paid, I explained how she had commited fraud on my taxes and I had to go else where. I have since tried to get them to take me off of collections and they refuse even though I had to go get my taxes corrected. Well The tax board and the IRS are getting a copy of our old taxes as well as the new ones and her so called correct refund so they can see first hand what she is doing. I normally would have let the matter rest quietly but because of how they are trying to make me pay for false records, almost got us audited and then are messing up my credit I felt it important to warn others of her and her bogus business! WATCH OUT
