I can only speak for myself, but I have had nothing but good done to me at this office. There was one time when a receptionist was rude, but I think that was a separate call center. Anyway, Dr. Vemuri is the kind of doctor that I was looking for. Appointment times are usually pretty much kept, and most importantly, Dr. Vemuri listened to my concerns and addressed them in an extremely satisfactory manner. She's not out for your money, since she doesn't order a bunch of tests for no reason, and she does not call you into the office for every little thing. I've had a doctor like that and it was terrible. Overall, if you want to see someone who listens to you and genuinely wants to help, go and see Dr. Vemuri.

Dr. Vemuri has single-handedly help put my life back on track since I started seeing her a few years ago. Her schedule can get booked up, so making sure you work with the office to get appointments is important!

The worst patient "care" ever. In all the years we have been with this office, we have never been seen on time. In addition, my mother was forgotten about and ended up waiting for over 30 minutes! Our medications never had refills and it took forever and multiple calls to get an approval. The last episode, however, went completely overboard...My mother was diagnoses with Type 2 diabetes. She was given the prescription for the glucometer. It took over 1 month (!), daily phone calls, emails, and finally complaints, to get the right paperwork to our pharmacy to ensure the correct device and the payment from medicare!!! After I spoke to the office manager, things finally happened and we received the correct glucometer. However, almost immediately I received a Certified letter from Dr. Vemuri in which she claimed I was rude to her staff on two occasions ONE MONTH APART FOR THE SAME ISSUE! I am sure I was upset upon speaking to the staff. Who wouldn't have been upset? As one can see, it was 1 month apart for the same problem! Another physician there misdiagnosed my husband and he ended up needing an emergency surgery. I am so sorry I stayed as long as I had with this office. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE!
