I discovered David's Bridal through a Google search and found several dresses that caught my eye. However, uncertain of how they might look on me, I opted to book an appointment online to try them on. During my visit to the showroom, I had the pleasure of meeting Jessica, a stylist who was incredibly patient. She gave me ample time to select the dresses I wanted to try and was also very friendly, addressing all my queries with ease. I am grateful to Jessica for her invaluable assistance in helping me find the dresses I truly liked.

Overall, my experience at David’s Bridal showroom today was exceptional. I felt at ease because none of the staff pressured me into making rushed purchases. One aspect I particularly appreciated was the store's wide range of dress prices, catering to brides with varying budgets—from affordable options to more high-end choices. The front desk assistant efficiently scheduled a follow-up appointment for the final purchase, adding to the positive experience. Every staff member was approachable and displayed a high level of friendliness.

Bella was SO GREAT!! Extremely attentive and helpful! I so appreciated how down to earth she was, and not at all snooty like I have experienced at other stores! I chose the first dress that I picked up although I tried on many. She didn’t hover, but checked in with me just the right amount, so that I always had help when I needed it but felt no pressure. I found the perfect wedding dress here. The woman who helped me find it was so kind even though I tried 4 different sizes in a few dresses. The alterations ladies were professional, affordable and did a nice job. I am so happy with my dress and experience here! My bridesmaids found some great dresses as well!

Jessica was our assistant and she was absolutely phenomenal, she found my fiancée and I the perfect dresses and veils, we were so excited to finally get to try on our wedding dresses and put the idea to real life. It brought both of us to tears seeing how beautiful we looked in our dresses. We cant wait for our special day and highly recommend that if you are shopping for a dress to shop at davids bridal and ask for Jessica.

This is my first dress appointment and I was soo nervous but their staff and my stylist Alina were just the best! They were very attentive and helpful in finding dress options when they would ask what I liked or didn’t like about each dress. And we did find the one in the end!! My bridal consultant Alina did an amazing job! I honestly didn't think that I'd find my one when I went to the store, knowing what I was looking for and being picky. Not only she knew the dresses very well, she offered me heals and multiple types of vails to envision what I'd look like altogether. She wasn't pushy at all and assisted me throughout the appointment with the down to earth attitude. Because of her, I ended up buying my ONE! I appreciate Alina's help and look forward to get added lining on my dress. If you're on the budget, David's Bridal is the one you go for! The appointment is free but the staffs are really helpful and I feel like that's a steal. Thank you Alina.

She was so patient, kind, and she was very knowledgeable about the dress and the different options for wearing said dress.

I went in not thinking I was going to find a dress due to my size and thought about canceling due to thinking I wasn’t going to find one. They didn’t have a few of the ones I picked but glad I went out of my comfort on one and that one was the dress and Alina, was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable and ended up finding me another belt to add to the dress and helped me find options for a veil and it was perfect! The only thing is I would say is try to have more
Varieties on bigger size but lucky I went and found the one. Thank you so much Alina I am so grateful for you!

Jessica was amazing and so nice during the appointment. She helped find dresses and put the magic together for appointment. I was in love with the dress and came to tears. The selection was beautiful! I didn’t buy needing family approval but will definitely return in the future.

Matt the manager goes above & beyond in providing good customer service. He found a dress I really wanted & needed. I cannot thank him enough for how comfortable my bridesmaids & I felt & not feeling rushed like the Sacramento store. When I had a medical emergency & unable to try on & pick up my dress. He accommodated me until I was able to drive. Human kindness goes a long way with us. After the rude behavior we have experienced in Sacramento we will be doing business with Matt & his staff.

Just had my first appointment at David's Bridal with Bela yesterday on the hunt for the perfect dress for my wedding. She was so knowledgeable and attentive, and was very honest and up front about styles for my body type. Walking in, I wasn't sure what to expect as this was my first experience ever looking at bridal gowns. I was a little outside my comfort zone, but Bela's relaxed vibe made me feel at ease.

Amazing experience from start to finish! Easy appointment process with lots of help during the fitting. The stylists are knowledgeable and not pushy as they want to make sure you live your dress. Mrs Fely of Pinole did the most amazing alteration with so much attention to the detail of the dress and even helpful tips how to walk on the big day. I am so happy I decided to come. Definitely ask for her by name when you come! Allstar team!

Bella was absolutely amazing, she helped me try on soooo many dresses until I found the perfect one. She worked with me on staying in my budget without sacrificing anything that I wanted out of my dream dress. All of the employees were so friendly and even cheered for me when I found the dress. Thank you ladies, you made this an amazing experience ❤ I chose a different dress than the one in the photo, but I don’t want to take any chances of my fiancé seeing it 😂

We had an initial sizing issue regarding a wedding dress ordered for my daughter but after discussing the issue with Brianna, she made things right and was extremely professional and pleasant. Her positive attitude and willingness to listen to our concerns made a huge difference. The alterations department was amazing,

I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had buying my wedding dress at David's Bridal in Pinole, and having it altered. I did a ton of online shopping and even ordered a couple of dresses from Macy's and a designer dress off of ebay, but nothing really worked. Finally broke down and decided to go to a bridal shop. I'm an older bride, so did not want a traditional lacy sparkly or beaded white dress. I asked the salesperson in David's to bring me a variety of dress styles including bridesmaid's dresses. I asked about the possibility for a halter dress. She brought me several and the ivory satin halter was the one! I had to order a different size online, brought it in to try on at the shop and it worked. The alterations process was smooth, one appointment for the alterations, which was just hemming and putting in bra pads, and a final appointment to check that the hem length was correct and everything fit well. Everyone was super sweet , and I'm really grateful that a brick and mortar bridal shop is still here in the east bay! Do yourself a favor and try David's Bridal in Pinole!

Superb Alterations Team. Both times I went to my alterations appointments, I was treated excellently. They are very attentive, accommodating and patient. They give great suggestions as well which is very appreciated. I didn’t feel rushed and I didn’t feel that they’re rushing too from the fitting, measuring, pinning the things that needs alterations until the final fitting when I picked up my dress. Ate (I forgot her name) was very thorough during the final fitting; she explained well how the buttons for the train works with different ways of folding the fabric to get different ribbon/diamond styles. She even offered to take my picture to capture. 😁 Overall, my experience at this store is a great one. I will definitely recommend this store, especially the Alterations Team, to my friends and family.

Today, I went to David's Bridal for a bridesmaid dress. Angie was assigned to be my stylist, and I could not be happier with her help. Angie was attentive and super helpful. I was nervous because I went to the appointment alone; I do not wear dresses, so I was unsure what to get. Angie was professional and accommodating. She assisted with my fittings and made suggestions based on the information I provided. She gave me feedback and helped me with my decision becasue I was stuck between two dresses. This experience could have been overwhelming and awful without her assistance. As such, I am grateful. She mentioned it was her first week, but she had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Keep up the good work.

Getting a prom dress for my daughter was really an enjoyable and stressless experience. From making the appointment, trying on and ordering the perfect dress to alterations, everyone was so nice and helpful and made this such a great experience for my daughter. They really wanted her to find the dress that she felt best in. She felt heard and seen, which doesn’t always happen for teenagers. We would definitely come here again for another special occasion dress and bridal in the future.
