Costco Pharmacy

All my copays are under what other pharmacies charge and doing refills is easy with the Costco app.

I frequently visit your concord store, and want to compliment an
excellent employee,!! There are more than one Mike but this one is always extra helpful and does a number of jobs there. Usually wears shorts...always pleasant. Please compliment He is not in the Pharmacy, general checkout area Thanks Irene Lalonde

I think they do their best to get orders out as fast as they can. The pharmacist is always so nice and goes way out of her way for you if their is a problem.
Great people when you pick up your medications.

I was so pleased with the competence of a gentleman whose name I believe is Steven. He answered my phone request to have the Rx filled by the time I arrived (within an hour) and when I got to the pharmacy, sure enough it was ready!!
Thank you for the great service - it’s rare these to deal with service providers who deliver what they promise!!

tl;dr cut the line, fishhook anyone attempting to cut the line, or stand there and shut up.

Bypass long prescription pickup lines by simply stepping directly to the counter immediately after the current customer is done. The people working the counter have no desire to reprimand adults who can't wait in line like a functional member of society. They will however emote deep disbelief and outrage; closing ranks to shout down those with enough gall to complain about people cutting.

Melissa is a horrifically bad pharmacist. She shows zero compassion and is extremely rude. I just had an interaction where she screamed at me about time travel. They need better pharmacists.

The pharmacist here believes they are a doctor. As another reviewer here states, I was also denied a legitimate prescription based on their own extremely limited knowledge of both me as the patient and the condition for which it is prescribed. A medication I've had filled for years elsewhere was flat out denied here, with no questions asked, or any thought to perhaps call the prescribing doctor?? She was very condescending as well, and made me feel completely awful instead of cared for. No thank you, I'll be going back to my beautiful CVS!

They're is one particular pharmacist that thinks she is a doctor. She addressed a prescription I had in front of the pharmacy in front of a group of people. What happened to HIPAA? She had me revisit my doctor and call her! Who is she? Even after that she gave me a bad time. Horrible. If I ever run into her again I'll report her to the California Pharmacy Board

This place is a joke! Nobody answers their phones when you try to speak with anyone and they say your prescription are ready and guess what... they aren't. I'm going to Antioch and I don't care if I am going out of my way or it's an inconvenience.

Goodness, I gave them a call to ask a couple of questions and they hung up on me before I was done! Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

They never have my prescriptions ready !!!always out out of "stock"
