I’ve been coming to my local OfficeMax for many many years. I keep coming back because the people in the copy area are extremely helpful and I always look great with any project that comes from here. The service here is always great including today or Lyndee help me out finding the ever elusive, chalk pens.

I can't think of anything negative about this store in particular. Every time I walked into the Walnut Creek Office Depot/ Office Max, I always receive quality customer service. I have never been turned away for anything, nor has anyone ever ignored me or kept me hanging.

We have been using the print center at Office Depot in Walnut Creek for years and they do a fabulous job of printing the majority of our marketing materials at a great price. We are very happy with the quality and turn around time. Shout out to Chris for all his help over the years!

So much to choose from. The prices are competitive with Amazon. Great for school supplies or that odd cable you need that minute. They have all the printer inks you need. I was in the middle of a busy day on my computer when my mouse died. I ran over here and quickly got one in a few minutes.

Edward helped me get in and out with custom printing when they were full of customers.

I didn't realize they were still here and have been going to Staples regularly. I saw an online deal and found that I could pick it up in-store and decided to stop back in. I forgot how much I like the layout, the selection, and even the people at this store. I browsed for awhile and found some good stuff. I really like this location. Staples is fine, but I think this will be my go-to now.

Chris the Print Services Manager is amazing. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable but he and his team are fast on the getting the job done. Chris calls or emails you right back if you have a question. Very professional and I would highly recommend getting your printing done here.

Great experience with OfficeDepot today. Customer service was extremely helpful and polite. I had some small problems with my promo and it was handled very efficiently and professionally. Tall black guy helped me. Give him a raise!
