Canyon Drive Self Storage

We have been storing our wave runners and assorted items at Canyon Drive Self Storage for about 15 years. We couldn't ask for a better location to the Lake and the facility is always clean and totally secure 24 hours a day. The staff is more than helpful no matter who is attending the front desk.

Kelly who has been there since we started using Canyon Storage consistently goes the extra mile in helping out in every way she can.
Through ownership changes and price increases, Kelly has been the reason we have stayed with Canyon Storage all these years!! Her customer service has been top notch all the way.

Absolutely the best storage experience I have had in Butte County, really clean and tidy and super secure. Kelly and the other staff are always really lovely to interact with. Will not hesitate to recommend this facility to friends and family in the future.

I was moving to Oroville from El Paso, I wasn’t familiar with the area but I needed storage quickly as everything was going to be there before myself and my children.
I am so glad that I called Canyon Drive Self Storage. From the moment Kelly answered the phone she and Fran have been amazing!
I felt like I was calling an old friend who wanted nothing more than to help me out and make sure everything was taken care of.
Being former military I am used to moving all over the country, sometimes, having to put all of our belongings into storage while we search for a house. Putting everything we own in storage sometimes makes me anxious. I feel like you’re putting quite a bit of trust into someone to keep all your things safe, secure and pest free.
Kelly and her staff do an amazing job keeping the grounds clean and free of pests.
I have been so impressed by the level of customer service, attention to detail and dedication to maintaining the facility shown by them. To some people storage might just be somewhere you store old junk, but to my family it is an absolute must, so to find someone who really cares has felt like a blessing.

We made our final move and Kelly was again absolutely amazing!!! She made us feel like family, you can tell she really cares about the work she does and the people she helps.

Kelly is amazing and so professional. She helped me over the years by reminding me of my payment so I didn’t get charged late fees. I was actually bummed when I moved my things out. I’m very grateful for her. This is the best storage facility I’ve ever used. I highly recommend it!!!!

This place is clean, well cared for. And has one of the best security systems with cameras everywhere. There is always someone on site.

This storage place is spacious, clean and secure. The ladies who run the place are so friendly and helpful...often going out of their way for me and doing it happily. I've had a few storage units in the past and this is by far the best in every possible way...
