Finally found a place where the smokes are cheap! $54.00 for a carton. Great customer service people, and a drive up window if u don't feel like getting out of your car!

Smokers who aren't from Oroville beware: don't go here. You're going to spend an hour or more of your time traveling to this smoke shop again and again because you save so much freaking money. You will struggle with the long trip over and over again, paying $10+ under anywhere in your home town per carton. You're going to spend hundreds of dollars to get the 5 cent carton and be set for months. You'll be tempted to head up the road and gamble away your money! Just don't buy your cigarettes from here, I beg of you! Especially don't buy the Black 33s because those are mine, you animals!

Seriously though, I'll make the hour drive each way to get smokes here any time I'm almost out. Pull $440 out of the bank and pay cash. That's 11 cartons of cigarettes. $44 a carton or $4.40 a pack. Except less because you get effectively a free carton.

It's also exempt from idiotic California laws so you can get your menthol on if you choose as a consenting adult. Just don't get the cherry flavored cigars unless you're looking for a decent small cigar that doubles as an air freshener with the most potent cherry scent you're gonna find!

Very recommended, but seriously, don't buy out the Black please!

The Safeway mall has added a new store! It is Grocery Outlet! Store is clean, well stocked and prices are reasonable. They have beautiful plants for home and garden. I bought two succulents for only $5.00 and the were about pint size pots, that is a really awesome price and a nice size wind chime for $12.00 in other stores they cost anywhere between $15.00 to $20.00. go check it out

Beautiful store with enough variety to make every stoner very happy. Everything is beautifully displayed and the workers are always in a great mood and very informative.

Always friendly, but they didn't have the black menthols that I wanted, so I got sands and the lady said they were the same price, but actually a dollar more than blacks.

A very nice woman employee made me aware of the brands of cigarettes sold in the smoke shops of Indian reservations are all natural products, so they don't have the chemicals most cigarettes have. And you definitely can not beat the price! I pay $4.00 pack of menthol 100's or $42.00 for a carton!!!

The new building is nice!! The selection of tobacco is good, and they have the best staff!! I don't remember the Ladies name that helps me, she has long hair with a little grey coming in, and She wears glasses!! I think She is awesome !! I come up to Oroville about twice a month, and look forward to coming to the smoke shop !l Keep up the Good work !!! Luv Ya !!!

Found out 2day the my usual brand of smokes had increased in price. The gentleman behind the counter not only recommended several lower priced brands but also gave me a couple of free samples to try. Treated me as a valuable customer and that is getting rarer these days.
