AT&T Store

They were great to me and took care of it immediately thank you and Elver I was great and very kind.

Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Very clean and welcoming. I picked up the otter box charging station for all my apple accessories (iPhone, watch, and air pods), and loved it. Thank you to the manager (Sarah) who suggested it, and the clerk that checked me out. I’ll drive to Oriville from Red Bluff, just for the knowledgeable staff, and large selection of products.

Best store and Staff around! Very smart people!! I love how I'm treated at this store. I need a lot of explanations and I get them from their manager. ✨

I have to say this store has really changed pace, they have an upbeat attitude and they are excited to help with what I need. A few months ago I went in there and it was a different story. I got what I needed then but I felt valued as a customer of AT&T thus go round. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

After having poor customer service at the Chico location on east 20th on numerous occasions I was desperate to find someone who could explain my bill increase and upgrade my phone. After further investigation on my bill we discovered the Chico store up charged me by adding a line without my knowledge. Thanks to the girls in the oroville store we discovered the issue. They even went as far to give me a number to customer care to resolve my months of over charges. Elizabeth you’re awesome !!! Thank you for your exceptional customer service the guys at the Chico location could learn a thing from you ! Keep up the great work - the world needs more people like you ! You were a pleasure to do business with and from here on out I’ll only be stopping in the Oroville store .

I came into AT&T today, wanting to add a line to my business account. As Murphy’s Law says, anything that could go wrong, did go wrong. The store was busy and there was no lack of tired, irritated customers. I wanted to bring attention to one of the best customer service representatives I have encountered in a long time, Dante. Throughout my several hours of being at the AT&T store Dante handled disgruntled customers, answered phones, and kept his positive attitude the entire time. I’ve been in customer service for 20 years, and own a business. in my opinion Dante deserves a raise. Also he needs to be recognized for his amazing worth ethic and commitment to customers!

Amazing support and expertise. Helped me move into better plans and equipment and patiently explained everything and even set it all up. Thanks to Sarah Swan and Dante too!

This was a gratifying expectancies, Destinie helped me work so may things out. I need to change to ATT because of poor service in Brownsville Ca. Witch she did easily but helped show me how to work through little things I was stuck on, plus’s getting me set up with the best service for me, wonderful.So great full you are now my permanent store. Had a great experience today at this AT&T store, I was helped immediately by an associate named Elver. He made sure I received the best available plan to suit my needs and got me everything I was looking for. I would definitely recommend this store for all of your needs.

Aurora helped my brother and I after some very difficult life events and she was so wonderful in helping us get the service we needed. She took extra time to help us get the best deals and was so kind. I am so glad that she was the one who helped us.
