Caitlin is absolutely amazing. I am so happy I went to Prana Endura. I am dealing with a back injury, which has been hurting for a few years. Caitlin not only provided an expert massage, but also explained to me how the injury is causing the other issues I am dealing with, and explained the anatomy to me, in very easy terms so I was able to understand how this all interconnects. She then recommended stretches that would help me open up and correct the issues this injury has caused. I wholeheartedly recommend Caitlin and am excited to see what the next few sessions bring.

Admittedly, I’m fairly new to massage, but I can definitely assure you that your money won’t be wasted here.

The shop itself is nice. It’s very quiet and calm feeling just entering the front door. It looks small in the main lobby but the back area is deceptively huge. The room I was in was phenomenal. The entire ambiance was on point. It was dark, had good music, a comfortable table, and I swear there was a legit waterfall somewhere in there. Did I mention there was a little dog in the shop that LOVES some pets on his belly...?

I booked a 1-hour session with Jenni and I couldn’t be happier. I have a lot of lingering tension from old military injuries and it kind of just locks up my back and neck. I explained to Jenni what I was looking for and she presented me with multiple options. I have no idea what I’m doing or what I really needed, so I just let her go at it. That really turned out to be a good idea for me because she definitely knows what she’s doing. She’s a highly talented masseuse and was able to pinpoint problem areas that I didn’t even know I really had. Her technique and pressure fluctuations were on point. There were several times that she released the tension in a muscle and that whole area would feel like the static fuzz on a TV (terrible description, but I’ve got nothing else). The feeling is a little odd at first but extremely calming. It has only been an hour and a half since my appointment and I’ve felt so much physical and mental stress leave my body. After my massage was done Jenni took the time to explain which muscle groups were the ones causing tension in other areas of my body, so that when I go home (I live in Las Vegas) and get another massage I can have them focus on that.

I’d probably come here regularly if I lived closer. The overall experience was exactly what I wanted/needed. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Ive been a client for a loooong time; I get monthly therapeutic massages from Caitlin that have helped reduce nagging low back pain, postural issues, and more. Their location is beautifully designed and decorated, always very clean, and welcoming. I highly recommend this team of massage therapists. Outstanding! I have had an Ashiatsu massage with Stephanie that was phenomenal. I also recently had an Integrative massage with Ashley that rocked my world. I'm elated to have found the perfect place for bodywork. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the environment is warm and inviting. The perfect addition for my path of wellness.

I just had a 90 minute massage and it was one of the best of my life. Jenni is magical! Her massages are the perfect combination of being technical and working out all the spots but also still making the massage itself relaxing. So relaxing in fact, I'm sure I caught myself starting to snore once or twice. Sorry :p. I felt super comfortable and although I didn't need to, I loved Jenni's openness about letting her know about pressure adjustments. Prana Endura was a great experience from beginning to end. It was beautiful, relaxing and overall majestic. I highly recommend it to anyone. I am way too relaxed for my own good. Thank you for a wonderful massage! I can't wait to come back!

Jenni balances professionalism and authenticity in a way that is warm, approachable, and trustworthy. She, Caitlin, and Stephanie are an excellent team of uniquely skilled Ashiatsu therapists. I would suggest the Prana Endura team both for those with minor concerns or individuals with chronic pain. Whether a newbie or a season massage recipient, the thoughtful care and skilled therapy at Prana Endura will work wonders. The studio is an inviting place and is always in top-notch condition. I opened a business last year and suddenly found myself sitting down.... a lot. I had all these aches and pains in places I am not used to hurting, especially my hips and my shoulders. Caitlin not only gave me a great massage in a comfortable, clean environment, but explained to me WHY my body was hurting in those areas and what I can do to prevent it from happening again. Jenni and her team of certified professional massage therapist are awesome! They offer a number of modalities of massage, there is something for most any issue. I see Jenni monthly for massage therapy, she has saved me from having to get surgery for carpal tunnel. I type pretty much 10 hours a day for nearly 30 years so I feel like this is a huge achievement!

I’m just about to turn 55, and my body is feeling it! I absolutely love the care I get at Prana Endura. The studio itself is very welcoming, but Jenni and her employees are fabulous. To put it simply Prana Endura has the BEST massage therapist. I have been to 3 of the 4 plus the new intern and find all of them exceptionally Great at helping a sore body get back to feeling better. You won’t be disappointed with any of the massage therapist at Prana Endura!!!!

I’ve probably been to 100 difference places to get a massage, I have a very very high pain tolerance and I have many things jacked up with my back, and neck.
JEnni is 100% by far the absolute BEST person I’ve ever had give a massage.
I don’t know how she’s so strong but DAMN! Other massage places can’t go 20% of her strength , it’s amazing .

Trust me when I say, look no further just make your appointment and get ready for the most professional Best experience you’ve ever had.

Prana is a wonderfully inviting facility with a great location and very reasonably priced services. Ashley is incredibly accommodating with my massage needs whether it be deep tissue or prenatal. I’ve been to multiple places in Chico and haven’t had nearly as good of an experience as I do with Ashley every visit at Prana. Highly recommend!

The team here are so knowledgeable and caring, I haven't found any other like it. I've seen Jenni, Caitlin, and Stephanie and each provide a fantastic, functional massage that helps you feel better. I work a desk job and suffer from tight glutes as well as low back pain. Every time I come in, I leave feeling relaxed and my body like jello. These ladies know so much about the human body and are able to give me tips for self care to help me in between massages. I love them. Thank you ladies!

UPDATE 12/2020: Still my favorite place to get a massage. It's so good, I frequently forget my shoes when I leave the room. Highly knowledgeable about the anatomy of the body and how to make pain go away.

Jenni, Stephanie, and Catlin are all great massage therapists. I have been a client for over a year and have referred family and friends to Prana Endura. All of them have loved the experience and have been greatly helped.

I just had my first meditation session and it was incredible. Jenni was able to guide me into a very relaxing meditation session and helped teach me some basic techniques for meditation. Id highly recommend her Wednesday night sessions they are affordable, informational and quite relaxing. Great energy in the building and an awesome office dog named kipper. I will definitely be back.

I have both referred my patients to Prana Endura and I've been a client myself and I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better massage therapist than Jenni Miller or Stephanie Marazzo. They do great work for thus suffering from chronic muscle tension among other things. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Caitlyn gave me the best massage of my life! Both therapeutic and relaxing. She used amazing pressure. I have a tricky spine with slight scoliosis and have a lot of pain from it, she really helped alleviate it, I wish I would go back every week.

Jenni is an amazing massage therapist. After just one Ashiatsu session I was able to break through some roadblocks I was hitting in the gym. I highly recommend her for her Ashiatsu therapy and deep tissue work, I'm looking forward to trying the Hot Stone treatment for a more relaxing session.

Ashley at Prana Endura is a life safer! She was the one who found out why I was having chronic neck and shoulder pain. She knew exactly what to ask to determine steps I needed to implement for correction. Highly recommend Ashley! I can’t wait for another session with her!
