I don't write many reviews unless the establishment is exceptionally fantastic. I was looking to sell my home in Pinole. I found LeBon Real Estate from Google as well as some others. Bon was the second person that I had talked to. I clicked with him right away. Not only was he knowledgeable and helpful with my situation, he was very honest with me from the gecko. He always looked after my interest first and foremost even though I was leaning toward cash offer buy out vs using him to conventionally list my home. He basically said that I had a competitive offer from the cash buyout company and to go with them if I was in a time crunch. After knowing that I'm not using him, he still helps me with finding a sewer company to do the sewer lateral inspection. With this transaction we did not have to go out of pocket for repairs. Bon is an amazing realtor! He listed my house 1 week before Covid 19 and managed to sell it. I had very uncooperative tenants and he managed to get the tenants to cooperate. The previous person who tried to sell my house the prior year was so rude to these tenants and as a result they were very uncooperative in the beginning. Bon managed to win these tenants over making this real estate transaction so much easier. Another thing Bon did was work with my property manager who were not easy to work with. My contract expired with the property manager in March and the tenants lease was up in April. Bon was willing to collect the rent for me and deal with the security deposit.
