Beautiful park across from a lake. Park is small to medium in size with a fairly small and tight fitting parking lot.

I did a photoshoot their for a local family and one thing to watch out for is plenty of duck droppings. It is all over the grass. Made it a bit hard to put down a blanket without getting it dirty.

Based on that, it's probably not the best place for kiddos to run around. A slip or fall onto the grass could make for an unpleasant situation.

The park has a small playground which should make that issue avoidable :)
