I had a great experience at Pleasant Hill Dental. Very friendly and welcoming staff, clean office, and my dentist was very professional and gentle. I appreciated the clear explanations and attention to detail. Highly recommend.

Everyone is so nice & accommodating. The staff really take into consideration one's previous experience at the dentist and try to make you as comfortable as possible. There are payment plans available and this place is easy to contact via phone and text.

Have had Loree as my hygienist for a few years now and she moved to this office. They are all very nice and clear about costs. Scheduling is easy and Michaela was very helpful with getting me setup for starting Invisalign.

The people working on my tooth were very nice and sociable, and they definitely made the process of getting my root canal easier. They were very accommodating and attentive and i definitely recommend this dentist!

Dr. Zhu and his team provide outstanding care for their patients. Their thorough assessments and complete review of procedures to be done put me completely at ease.

Had a great experience from the front desk to operating chair. Staff was very helpful and caring to ensure my comfortability;and Dr. Zhu's professionalism and great attitude took all the nervousness out of me, and it felt like I was surrounded by family ( without the drama!) I am very thankful to have found Pleasant hill dental keep up the good work fam!

I had such a great experience today! Luz helped me get scheduled, got my insurance set up and all the paperwork in order. By the time I came in, it was a breeze. They were so friendly when I arrived. Then MacKenzie did my x-rays, I couldn't stop laughing, she has such a charming personality. Kerri cleaned my teeth and I will never have anyone else ever clean my teeth. She was so gentle and so thorough, I really appreciated her care. I'll recommend them to anyone looking for dental care. I never felt pressured, shamed or pain as I have in other places. Great business and great people!

My wife recommended this dental office. Luz was superb at providing customer service, specially showing me a detailed list of what services my insurance had already paid for this year, and explaining what services were still covered vs what I would have to pay out of pocket. I’ve never been to a dental office provide so much information so quickly and openly. My hygienist, Loree what is a pleasure to have clean my teeth. She was very upbeat, friendly, with funny stories. She also helped clean my Invisalign retainer, using the ultrasonic and got it spotless. Dr. A was pleasant and provided a thorough exam. She did not try to sell extra services products. Look forward to my next cleaning.

Loree Lee RDH has been cleaning my teeth for years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my care. She is incredibly gentle and my experience is always pleasant and free of pain! I would highly recommend Loree for her years of experience and knowledge.

My fiancé and I both are switching to this dentist. Ellie is my hygienist, and she’s so lovely. From explaining the cleaning to walking me through the different procedures. The staff and doctor are pleasant and very understanding of any concerns, they will explain any information you need.
I appreciate the extra help in knowing what to look forward to for getting fillings re-done.

Definitely recommend Pleasant Hill Dental to anyone and everyone (specifically Dr Cheng Zhu and Dental Hygienist Loree). The best words to describe them and the staff here: thorough, detailed, welcoming, caring, and excellent follow up/communication. Everyone from the front desk coordinator, Luz, to the dental assistants and upward have all been super friendly and helpful during my last two visits. I leave with all my questions answered, everything explained in advanced, and with peace of mind. I appreciate how thorough my benefit coverage was explained to me and how everyone that has provided services to me has explained everything to me beforehand making me feel at ease and supported. My last dentist’s office had a lot of hiccups and miscommunication so I fully appreciate how smooth everything has been for me here so far. Happy to come back for future cleanings, fillings, etc.

My dental hygienist was GREAT. Keri spent a lot of time cleaning my teeth, was very gentile, and explained everything she was doing. Great experience.

Dr. Zhu and his team are amazing. Has a chipped molar that he fixed in no time, 0 pain, in and out in less than an hour

I’ve been going to Pleasant Hill Dental for a while now and it is a really great place. Everyone from the dentists to the staff are very friendly and do such a great job!

Staff is welcoming, helpful and very nice. They always keep up with you about appointments, doctors availabilities and any changes needs to be done.

I have an amazing experience with their hygienist, she is so gentle and great. Even once I took my daughter Sophia with me. She was treating Sophia so nice, even letting my daughter to help her clean my teeth(she asked my daughter to wear gloves, if she wants to help). Sophia was so excited, and we left the office with a lot of cool and “dental” gifts from her and from the staff.😀

I am very impressed with their doctor Dr. Leong, Darrick and his assistant Stephanie. Doctor did two fillings for me. They were working pretty good together, and I was feeling very comfortable. After all the result is great.

I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a dentist’s office in the downtown area.

This office is so amazing! Savanna one of the dental assistance is the best, ask for she is pleasant and so helpful and kind. Dr. Zhu is hilarious. You must select the dentistry. You will not regret it.

I admit it, I havent been to a dentist in while. The staff was great, Dr. Zhu is funny, and the hygientist, Laurie Lee is very thorough. I should have a great smile in no time!
