Could not be happier with my experience @ California Bike & Snowboard! A hidden gem right on the Iron Horse Trail in Alamo. These guys live for the sport of it and really know their stuff. Thanks for all your help today Anthony!

We had a good experience in purchasing our new Aventon Level on 3/2/24. David, our sales person was absolutely amazingly helpful! Very knowledgeable about e-bikes! He let me test ride it and answered all our questions and concerns!!!

Have been by this place with our regular bikes over a decade and would stop off and on to get parts and a slurpee at 7-11 right there. Stopped in today with our new E bikes and we were met with the friendliest, most helpful cheerful staff who took care of us in 20 minutes time with tuning up our brakes, help with upgrading our bikes and answered our questions. They went far and above fixing our bikes and giving us more than we asked for! They gave us a wealth of information and we left smiling. Love this friendly neighborhood bike shop. Have stopped in many times off the Iron Horse Trail with bike issues (kids, wife, myself, etc) and they are willing to instantly help — even work late — to get issues resolved & my family back out there. Love the customer service orientation here and look forward to being a loyal customer for years to come.

1st time shopping @ California Bike & Snowboard. I was shopping for bike for my daughter. Dave took my call, & confirmed he had the bike I was looking for. The next day I got a text from him sayin it was ready for pick up. It was all put together & looking sharp. 1st time in the shop @ pickup, it was tidy, and well stocked. I will definitely be back. Two other bike shops in the area (eBike dedicated shop in Walnut Creek and bike shop in Clayton) were clearly disinterested in doing the relatively straightforward work that was required. Possibly because it’s not a brand they carry? California Bike and Snowboard - no big deal. Bike was in and out in a matter of days and is working great. Plus they guys in the store are super helpful and easy to work with.

I've been going to this place for years. Over the top service and amazingly the same clientele for the most part. That says a lot about an establishment and a service truly does speak for itself. I really have no reason to go anywhere else. It's so wonderful to keep it local. I love the trails here off road and on road and I'm an avid bicyclist myself. So wonderful to have somewhere this close to home and when I'm out and about and need emergency service. Thank you David for your top notch service and for all the other names I haven't committed to memory yet.

This place has excellent service and offered an excellent variety of bikes. David is very knowledgeable and helped me in choosing the bike that fit my lifestyle. He offered test rides and was never pushy. They have good prices and tune-ups are free for bikes purchased there. The store is a 40 minute drive for me but it's well worth my extra mile.

These guys are the best- bar none. Anthony and David are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, professional and always patient with my 101 questions. If there is something to fix or assemble on a bike they can do it. I've had them perform several repairs and bought a carrier and bike trailer and every experience has been world-class. Their prices are also as fair as it gets. They dont have this many 5 star reviews by accident.

I am always pleasantly surprised at the enthusiastic customer service at California, bike and snowboard in Alamo California. They even seem to be happy to see me when I come in with a service question or purchase for my older bike! Their prices are fair and advice and attention to detail is outstanding.

Very detailed in what they explain about the product they sale.CALIFORNIA Bike and snowboard makes shur it's the best fit for what you want the items you buy in the store. I definitely will be back for more items and bikes in the future to come. Very satisfied with costumer service. And great crew l, keep up the good work and c u soon.

California Bike & Snowboard has great employees. They love bikes and they know what they’re doing and don’t overcharge. I stopped there years ago with a flat on the trail. They always seem to have time for me!

Bro anthony and dave are the best, first time i went i bought some slicks for my big flyer, dave did me right with two tires, an inner tube and hand sanitizer which i believe was only 30$. Second time i went anthony helped me buy some tires for my mike buff pk ripper,
