Employee named Natalie helped my friend with some makeup and was unbelievably helpful and friendly. Amazing customer service.

This Walgreens is clean and always well stocked.

Dr. Yang (the pharmacist) goes out of his way to help people get in and out fast. I even saw him run across the store to help a customer find some over-the-counter medication!
He explained a new, inhaled medication to me very thoroughly and simply so I can take it correctly!
I'm so fortunate my local pharmacist is amazing!!

They went above and beyond for me! The Pharmacist , Michael is amazing. Was having major issues with Dr approvals not being faxed therefore I was without. In return my Insurance wouldn't cover cost until Dr approved them . If it wasn't for him calling Dr office several times & Insurance carrier i would most likely still be without my much needed daily medication. His compassion, knowledge & patience is astounding. Thank you again Micheal& staff. I wish there were more people like you in this world.

Need a separate line for express pass.

Overall pretty good experience. Staffs are helpful. Wish there's a clear designated line for the express pass as whenever I go there's a line and can't tell where to go. Weird to go straight to the express pass window.

Be prepared to wait an hour every time you need to pick up prescriptions.

This place is understaffed and without sufficient supplies. Long waits. Find another pharmacy.

There is no way this pharmacy has a 4.2 rating. I have had nothing but issues with this pharmacy for the last 4 years. Long lines, shortage of personnel, prescriptions not ready on time and this is pre-pandemic! The last month has been especially bad. Twice I had 2 prescriptions not available for pick up until after I had run out. They had been filled several days to a week before I was notified it was ready. When I would call for the status the automated system would tell me it was in process. One of my medications was dispensed with an extra 100 pills when the RX was for 60. It was disturbing to be that the pharmacist didn't notice that they filled 160 instead of 60 (the label even said 60). I don't need the stress of wondering whether I will be out of life sustaining medications or if there is going to be a mistake because this pharmacy can't get their act together. I've switched to CVS where my husband has had no long lines, no issues and no mistakes.

Customer is the worst! Gave our names to search for a pick-up order and keep insisting on asking why/what order!!?? Deliberately point to pharmacy since too lazy to search! And cancel my order on purpose! I have to report this to the board or something!

Messed up our prescription then the following day was told it was ready i come in and they are closed. Frustrated after having wrong prescription and then not being open shen they are supposed to be.

I previously had positive experiences at this Walgreens - unfortunately, the last three times I called them they had me on hold for between 25-30 minutes and then hung up on me. Additionally, they kept my prescription for a very common medicine "in process" for several days - I couldn't call without getting hung up on, and a nearby CVS could not get them on the phone to confirm the transfer of the prescription so that I could fill it elsewhere. I finally went down in person and they provided me the medicine in 30 minutes. If they'd just answered the phone and provided the most minimum amount of customer service, the issue could have been resolved without me having to wait for an hour on the phone and then have to drive down and wait in person. Now I have another issue with a separate prescription and once again today I waited on the phone for 30 minutes before being hung up on. I kept thinking that because the total number of "callers ahead of me" was changing while I was on hold that they were actually going to answer this times, however, I'm now assuming that those callers ahead of me were probably hung up on as well.

I also want to note that I'm an able-bodied person who has flexible working hours so this isn't the worst situation for me. However, if someone were elderly or had a physical disability that made going all the way down to the store to ask a question difficult, I cannot imagine how frustrating it would be to be kept on hold for a long time and then repeatedly hung up.

Finally, given how critical people's medication is, it is absolutely insane that someone could call repeatedly and not be able to reach a pharmacist. Completely unacceptable.
