Bambino's Restaurant & Bar in Concord - pasta, pizza, full bar and tap room

My wife and I were there for the first time today (2/10/22). We're coming back. Everything we had was delicious, hot, and quick from the kitchen. Sarah (with an H) was so very nice and didn't hover over us, but we never needed for water, extra napkins, or anything. Garlic bread with cheese, Clam Chowder, Meatball and Sausage Sandwich with a side of Pasta of your choice (handmade) with a sauce of your choice. Lastly, I had a pasta with gorgonzola sauce with diced tomatoes and spinach.
I highly recommend eating at Bambino's. There's a full bar there too, seperate from the dining area, but we were just there for lunch. UPDATE: It's all true we really love this place. The food is terrific. The staff is wonderful.

This was my first visit there since the new owner took over. We went for lunch. My friend chose the buffet, which came with 3 options, depending on how many choices you wanted to take. He had salad bar, pizza by the slice, chicken Marsala, and two different ravioli selections. He enjoyed a good glass of beer, as well. I had my favorite pasta, creamy Bolognese with capellini. The service is super fast. In the past I've had their pizza, also delicious. I highly recommend and hope you try it

Excellent service, super yummy food, and unbelievably fair prices. Great place to watch the Niner game. Sauteed mushrooms as an appetizer - very good, generous portions.

This place is amazing. We get food from here every weekend, it never fails to impress. Their pasta is to die for and their staff is always so lovely. Definitely a hidden gem. You won't be disappointed. My favourite is the fettuccine with Gorgonzola sauce and the fettuccine Alfredo!

The food was delicious. The service was outstanding. Seems like a family friendly atmosphere so bring your kids. Didn't check out the bar but will the next time. They also have a lunch buffet and salad bar. Will come back again.

Great tasting Italian food. Bread sticks were served with garlic butter and were delicious. Good wine and beer selection.

This place keeps me coming for the wings. Also the good selection of beers on tap and the food makes bambinos a regular stop to eat or drink anything

I love this place,sooo amazing.The bread is amazing,the sauce is out of this world,the menu has everything you could want.This is our new hit spot.I lve calamari,chicken piccotta,chicken Parmigian,calzones,and you cannot find that around here at all🥰❤

First time here, the staff was attentive, large menu, I ordered the spaghetti with a really great tasting meat sauce. The garlic bread and bread sticks were tasty too. Parking was easy plus service was promt. I was there for lunch. They had a very popular bar area.. I will be coming back.

This was hands down the best dining experience we’ve had in a long time. Our waitress was great. The pizza was amazing. The ingredients were fresh. I ordered the Bambino’s special that came with pepperoni, salami, sausage, onion’s, bell peppers, mushrooms and olives. When it came to our table it wasn’t the least bit soggy which was surprising as hell considering the amount of toppings on it. My kids and I will definitely be going back.

Large full bar is very popular with the locals. The food is very good, very consistent. For lunch, can't go wrong with the Parmesan Chicken Sandwich, served with a bowl of pasta. The pizza is very good too. Prices are reasonable, service is friendly and staff is attentive (the owner makes sure of that, aside from the fact that the staff appear to enjoy working there). There is a huge selection of choice beer on tap, and the bar tenders know their stuff if cocktails are your thing. The parking lot can get busy, but I've always managed to get a space. The restaurant has two sides: The sports bar side with TVs everywhere, and a quieter dining salon. The bar stretches all the way across both sections.
My humble opinion: Easily in the TOP FIVE UNPRETENTIOUS places in Concord to enjoy a nice meal or drinks! Too many places in the area that are "all fluff and no stuff" - Bambinos is surely not one of them!

Best thin crust pepperoni pizza in the East Bay! Delicious bread (it’s like baked pizza crust lol) and garlic butter as well.

I can’t resist their pizza. Which is odd, I don’t usually like pizza. I’m also lactose intolerant. This place is bomb. Btw their is more great stuff on the menu. Beer selection is also great. Staff is a bunch of beauties.

One complaint; I wish there was more room at the bar.

This was our first visit here. We were a group of 10 for a lunch after a graduation ceremony. The pizza was delicious...loaded with toppings, thin crust in the center but a nice thick edge! We also had wings which were very good(although they are breaded, we were hoping they wernt). Our server was fantastic.. she was very attentive & friendly. The combination pizza 5⭐ pepperoni pizza 5⭐ cheese pizza 4⭐ Hawaiian pizza 5⭐ wings 4.5⭐ (5 if they wernt breaded) garlic bread 5⭐ greek salad 5⭐

Christie was amazing!!! We were there with a very large party on Sunday (graduation). We ordered quite a bit and were there for hours. However, Christie handled it like a champ. She was sweet and caring....funny, too. Thanks Christie!!
