Keenan is a wonderful gentleman, person, realtor, and professional. I live in another state and without having ever met me, helped prepare and sell our parents' home in probate with various title issues. He handled difficult family members (see negative reviews near mine) with grace and dignity. He assisted me and all my siblings with patience, and professionalism. He took personal time to deliver some very important family items from the home to another sibling several hours away. His knowledge of the community and the market in the area were a huge asset, and we made more on the sale than we hoped. He gave us options on different ways to prepare the property for the sale, but did not push in one way or another, so we easily accomplished the sale in the manner we preferred. He made it extremely easy to accomplish the sale while living 600 miles away. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in the area.

Keenan has expert knowledge of Contra Costa County where I bought my home. I was looking for something very specific for my family. I wanted a 3bd 2bth newly remodeled home with a backyard big enough for my husband to build his business. I received exactly what I was asking for. As a first time home buyer, Keenan was able to ease my anxiety and answer all of my questions. Keenan is relatable, knowledgeable, and highly experienced. I would highly recommend Keenan to all of my friends and family.

This guy will promise you that you will get sufficient control of cleanup of a house that you have been fighting for that has already been complicated by politics bloat, and trick you into a bum contract with that. What you will get is the following:
-A lack of lawyer contact until any involved court work has passed
-Incredibly short notice about when cleanup will start without consideration for any complications like your sleep schedule that would be fixed by a wife as long as you don't have to worry about women's behaviors already turning meeting with them into dice rolling with excessive punishment for rolling not even just above snake eyes, something that YouTube user emilywking is calling out actively in her videos
-False arrival times that will even beat any attempts to combat potential exploitative behavior
-Proven trust abuse with said fast arrival times via said potential exploitative behavior
-Suspicious handling of items in a situation where that is absolutely unacceptable
-General refusal to listen to your client's wishes to establish ground rules warranted by the politics and the situation itself
-Power trips and refusal to listen to key points in addition to manipulative claims that YOU don't want control of a situation you're trying to address in the first place
-Consequential law enforcement bias because of the bum contract handling, ignoring that the assessor's office gave you control of the property because they didn't even know for 5 years about your mom's death and they'd have known a lot sooner courtesy of you if people cared to help you with this
-Apathy with watching you get turned into George Floyd, AN AFRICAN AMERICAN I MIGHT ADD, on your own parents' house by the biased law enforcement, because you dared approach the garage door to stop sign these behaviors, resulting in you getting hospitalized and with a cracked cell phone

And before this guy claims me to be lying, I provided further followup to the CC list people in the initial email I sent. People like this guy and his supporters will NEVER care about mitigating factors. I learned that long ago, and yet I'm still apparently having to learn that idiocy AGAIN.

Tell me how this guy is not basically Satan.

If you state that you have an open house at the property you are listing, somebody should be there, right?
