Jerome at Mancini’s is a top notch professional. He made the process seamless and was very knowledgeable. Jerome is an asset to the company with very good customer service. He was so nice the whole time. If he didn’t have the answer he went out of his way to get the answer. Good customer service is hard to find these days. But he held a high standard.

We came in needing a larger mattress. We had a mattress that we mostly liked, but we had issues with overheating and were very open to a new type of mattress. I went to Pinole branch and Jerome sold me a Beauty Rest C-Firm class and adjustable frame. I used to get up every two hours and a back pain from time to time. With the new bed, I can now sleep for straight 5 hours. This is wonderful bed and Jerome was very helpful and knowledgeable on what bed works best for my situation. Highly recommended this Pinole branch! Tip, if you are a side sleeper, firmer is good.

He was incredibly welcoming as soon as I walked into the store and informed me of all of the sales going on. I went there for a mattress and left with not only a lovely queen sized mattress, but also a bed frame and a mattress stand!! All for $760! Wonderful experience.
