Suburban Dynamite

I had a great experience today with Suburban Dynamite. Dustin was super easy to connect with, he was on time and efficient. The work was great and I'm super happy with my clean windows, couch and carpet.

Let me start by saying that I don’t often leave reviews unless I’m impressed with a service or product.
Dustin the owner, texted me to let me know he was a little behind schedule. Considering my work load that day, him running late worked out for me. As soon as he and his crew arrived to my house, my wife and I were greeted by a friendly smile. After talking to him for a little bit we then headed to the rooms that show him what needed cleaning. I could tell from talking to him and asking questions that this guy knows how to deliver a good service. And that is exactly what he did. He was fast but thorough and what really sealed the deal for me was he did a great of not only cleaning the carpet but also extracting as much moisture as possible. 6 hours later we were able to walk on the carpet with feeling little to no moisture at all. The carpet’s color is much more vibrant and feels soft again.
Let me also add that I didn’t choose to go with Suburban Dynamite because they were the cheapest because they’re not. His pricing is more than fair. But I believe you get what you pay for.

Really happy with my experience! Dustin was really easy to schedule with via text and he and his colleague were on time, kind, and did a great job. We had a sofa, chair and ottoman done to see how things went, but I'll definitely be having our carpet, rugs and other furniture done soon.

Dustin and Brandon did an amazing job on our windows today! It’s been a long winter and we had been waiting for the rain to finally stop so we could get our windows cleaned. I always keep our shades up during the day and was excited to once again have a clearer view outside. We were not disappointed! Dustin was easy to communicate with, responsive, and his rates beat everyone else’s. When he and Brandon were at our home, they were respectful of our property, meticulous and fun to interact with. Don’t hesitate to hire Suburban Dynamite!

The company did a fantastic job in our tile floors. Extremely happy with the outcome. Very professional. Definitely would recommend and we will use them again!
Update: We have now called upon Dustin 3 more times and with each time he responded immediately to our needs. The nicest guy you can meet!
Not only did he clean our tile but carpet and did our windows as well.

Dustin recently did a pre-move in carpet cleaning for us and was an absolute delight to work with! He met me a few days before the cleaning was scheduled to take a quick look and identify any problem areas in our carpet. It was a short walk-through in which Dustin identified a couple of pre-existing stains and shared that our carpet was in pretty great condition. (We wanted to get it cleaned anyway, as it made sense to do so before we moved our belongings in.) During that initial visit, Dustin had also arranged (at our request) for Greg from Flawless Gutter Screens to come out and measure and quote for gutter screens - another great guy and company to work with!
On the day of the carpet cleaning, Dustin arrived promptly, with a big smile, wearing his white and pink Vans that matched his white and pink van - very 'on brand'. He thoroughly explained his cleaning process and the order of rooms he planned to work though. He also gave me a heads up that he was going to put in his earbuds and listen to music and not to be alarmed if I hear him singing. While he cleaned the carpets, I worked to set up our kitchen and was delighted to hear this super happy guy just singing his heart out, having a great time!
When Dustin was done, he informed me that he was able to pull a good amount of dirt up, including pet dander and fur. He was transparent to share that the pre-existing stain did not come up as much as he would have liked, but it was improved. We will definitely use Suburban Dynamite again in the future - our carpets looks great (and we love knowing they are clean), the cost was affordable, and Dustin was a treat to have in our home!

I’ve been wanting to get my kitchen rug cleaned for a while and when I saw the van for a local business I decided to go for it! Dustin from Suburban Dynamite was friendly and efficient. I love how my rug looks bright and fresh.
