Very comfortable atmosphere... with delicious food some of the best Carnitas around and you must try deep fried ice cream it is my new favorite!

I absolutely love this place!! I have been to alot of Mexican food places in Bakersfield looking for fresh food, and the best flavors, this place fills the need!!! I will be returning often, and recommending to all my friends. Guacamole is made right in front of you. Tacos, beans,rice, and salsa is one of the best hands down. Great price, also with exceptional service from the staff. My new favorite Mexican restaurant.

We were on our way home from universal studios, looking for a Mexican Restaurant and we found this one. The customer service was exceptional. We never had to ask for anything they were always asking with a smile. The homemade made in front of you guacamole was delicious and the food was great. Even my picking children left saying that was the best Mexican food the have eaten. Thank you

Great service and amazing environment. Sergio the owner is a wonderful person, Memo the DJ is such a fun person , Memo the bar tender is super nice and Ruben the busboy is very friendly. I love to come to this place. Family environment. I have made several friends here. This is one of the best places to be on a Friday evening or Saturday. Food is real good. I love the taquitos. A must be place in Bakersfield.

Very hospitable team, the service I recieved was really good. The salsa, chips, flour tortilla and meatball soup was so good. To top it off churros with whipe cream topped with a cherry. Very reasonably priced. I am already looking forward to my next visit. Best flour tortilla ever!!!!

The dish I had , a Seafood Burrito, was fantastic! I also had a Michelada, which they let me choose the beer I wanted. The waiter was very attentive, although they weren't that busy. Later in the evening they were to have Mariachi's, although we didn't stay for them.

I have eaten here several times. Their Mex food is very good and very tasty. They had a good special lunch menu before the pandemic closed it. But they remained open for takeout. There was a choice of enchiladas tacos tamales relleno or mini tostada with the lunch. Plus chips and salsa. Two of above entrees with rice and beans.

Why go anywhere else. I've gone to hundreds of restaurants . Ad the atmosphere here is beyond great. The food. Beyond amazing. And the owner witch I just met and talked too. Let her know the superior work they are doing. And I dont live here. Ad wish I did. to eat here everyday. ....by the way.... it should cost alot more then what you pay. But they dont want to create a culture of business they want a culture of daily ad friends to always come ad eat here......love it.

I must say that this is a ton of people's favorite place to dine. Don't miss out and take your family and enjoy. Now don't forget about their happy our specials for grown up time as well. The place & workers are great.

Love this place. Been a frequent diner for more than 12 years. Great food and prompt friendly service. Quite affordable as well. Full bar and live music on certain nights.

Always such great food and service at an equally great value! It's our go to spot for authentic Mexican food. Memo the bartender is very attentive and makes the best mixed drinks. You have to try a blended margarita with Tajin om the rim!

Some of our favorite dishes are the fajitas which are brought to your table sizzling are delish! The chile rellenos are just perfect and the wet burritos as well. El Adobe's quality and value can't be beat. Never a wait to be seated. We've tried just about every Mexican food restaurant in town but after 12 years of dining here they just can't be beat.

My favorite Mexican joint! Reasonable prices, especially the lunch special. Awesome chile relleno, and the "tostada" is a delicious monster! Tamales are always dry, probably reheated. Best table salsa, as well... so good I always fill up on chips before the food shows up.

One of the best Mexican meals we've ever have. The staff was extremely nice. Big servings for a more than a reasonable price. Totally recommended.

Me and my girl friend always go here...they are pricey but they also have some of the best plates in town...you want quality ...you have to pay for it. The vibe is great, the customer service is awesome...the owner himself goes around and greets the customers....I love this place since I was a kid. I recommend the shrimp chicken and steak fajitas. ...sooooooo bomb....everytime they never disapoint...we always tip big...I tip my hat the El adobe.....always top 3....don't belive me...try it yourself.

Came into the restaurant not knowing what to expect and was greeted by the friendly staff, The meal was great and at a comfortable price. One of the best places in town to sit down and grab a bite to eat

Love this restaurant. The food is excellent and the waitress (Rosalinda) is the best that there is. We are made to feel like family. We would give this restaurant 10 stars!!!

Love this place! My grandma and mom used to bring me here as a kid when we were done shopping at the mall. Nows my husband and I bring our daughter! Delicious food, great atmosphere, nice people!

A good place to have lunch. We always get quick friendly service here. The guacamole made tableside is a must to start your meal.

Had the pleasure of dinning out on the patio today, enjoyed some really good authentic mexican food with a few tasty margaritas, guacamole is freshly made the way you request it, and the servers were very polite.
