Target

I started using curbside pick up during the pandemic with Targets main competitor. The wait times were always lengthy, substitutions were frequent, and you had to set an appointment time for your pick up. At some point I started using Target instead, and the process was so much better. My order is always ready within two hours, even during busy times. Substitutions are rarely needed. Also, I have done some extensive price comparisons between Target, their main competitor (starts with a W), and some of the discount grocery chains. Not only are Target prices competitive with these places, but if you are a red card member, you’ll get 5% off every purchase. This is not a credit card, but acts like a debit card using your checking account. There are no fees. On top of this discount, Target frequently offers very valuable coupons. On the last price comparison I did, I saved $40 by shopping at Target vs one of the “groceries for less” chains. Their app is very easy to use and with each item you put in your shopping cart, the app will tell you if there is a coupon you can apply. From order to pick up, the process is easy, convenient, and Target saves me money. What more can you ask for ?

Decent location, sometimes has items out of stock when shown in-stock online. Fairly safe location and no salespeople to bug you while shopping is a plus.

Found what I was looking for with ease as usual. I wish they had enough cashier's so I don't fell forced to use self checkout, though.

I did not notice when I left but the sales price was not applied. The same price was online. The correct price was processed. It was quick and easy. Just how I like it.

Clean Target. I like being able to drop by and pick up some fresh produce while I am there and I love their individuality salads for a quick meal.

This is my store to go when I need anything for any room in my home or for me and my family. Every visit, I get to experience great customer service from every department. Great place to shop.

I always find everything I need at a reasonable price. The employees are helpful and friendly and the store is always clean. I was pleased this morning, with how easy it was to order online and pick up in store. My order was ready very quickly and I had very little wait when I picked up. I am truly a satisfied Target shopper.

i was shopping around looking for some some bike shorts, OG yadira in the style department helped me find the best bike shorts i’ve ever worn, she had the best customer service and was super helpful, love her and the shorts!!

I had the pleasure of being helped by Ty this evening as I picked up my curbside pick up from the southwest location. If only the world had more people like Ty! Amazing attitude, great customer, so friendly and good vibes just spilling out! I will be placing a call to the manager in the morning because typically they are only called with complaints! I want them to know how lucky they are to have Ty on their team!

I always receive great customer service at this store. Store is always nice and clean. The staff are always helpful in the aisles too. Happy overall with this store.

Had items in stock I needed at the moment. Lines are sometimes long, but goes quickly. Plus, have the best pretzel bites around. :) Just really started using Target Circle in my app, makes saving up change easy. Employees are always nice and helpful.

Love the drive up order especially after a tired day of work, make my life a little bit easier.

I love this target, it’s my favourite location of the store in town. I’ve been there countless times and I’ve never had a bad experience. It’s never been dirty on any of my visits, and the staff is as nice as can be and are VERY helpful. It can be busy from time to time, but not so much as to prevent you from buying what you needed. The prices are fair, and everything is very neat and organized. I’d highly recommend you come here for all your shopping needs

Ordered an item at Walmart. On the way to pick it up received a text saying it was no longer available. Found a similar item at your location. It was ready for pickup before the two hour time frame. Did not have to wait in a long line to pick up. Associate was friendly and chatty as we walked to pick up item. In and out in less than 5 minutes.

It was a very good visit. I had been given a $25 gift card from my health insurance company. It was the 2nd card I have received and this time I went to the Target at Valley Plaza Mall. I really enjoyed the store as everyone was very friendly. The cashier Sabrina was excellent and I signed up for a Target Red Card.
