Caleb, of Fidelity Reality, helped me purchase my first home back in 2009. It was a difficult time, as the purchasing market was very competitive. I had put five different offers on homes before I finally had one accepted. Throughout that entire process Caleb was dedicated to help me purchase my first home. We had to have looked at 50 different homes together, and he was available at any hour needed to be certain we didn't miss an opportunity. Fast forward to today, he helped me sell the same home. My experience was the same experience as I had previously. I found Caleb to be very professional, trustworthy and extremely communicative. Whenever I had questions or concerns he answered them immediately. He helped me through the entire process, from preparing the home for sale to the end of escrow. During this process I didn't have to worry about anything as his experience shined through. I will be using him again for my next home purchase.

Caleb was my agent when I bought my house in 2010 and he was so good that I used his services to sell my house now in 2022. I needed to know what I could get both as is and with work done prior to sale. The amount of research he did, multitude of options and advice he gave was perfection - tediously detailing each improvement I should do in order to maximize the resale value. Everything he recommended paid huge dividends and we ended up getting 177k over my ask price! If this is something your also looking for in an agent, not just someone to put a sign up in front, then you've found it.

Working with Caleb as a first-time homebuyer was great! He introduced me to a solid lender and helped me every step of the way, from working with a particularly difficult seller to organizing some last-minute repairs required to close the deal. I had loads of questions and concerns, and Caleb remained extremely knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. Almost 7 years ago we were looking for a place. The wife and I were not married yet but we had to find something that was fitting and not too far off the grid. We were shown this place and it was in pour condition and then we were shown our brand new home and it was the exact same layout as the one that we were going to purchase but because it was a better deal and well kept up we obviously went for this one! I would give 10 stars if they allowed it because the process was seamless and we were in our home in less than a month! Thank you!
