They have been so helpful in replacing 2 of our water heaters and one was a tankless! Steve is a very honest man and after seeing the care to detail him and his son Ryan have done I would trust them for any other future project we will have.

I can’t say enough great about this business! I was referred to Rivers over 6 years ago (+-) by a neighbor who has used them much longer than I have and I was very fortunate he did. With all the plumbing and heating businesses in the are it’s a struggle to find a superior business that stays the course of time at such a high standard.
I recently had a pretty serious issue with my water heater which possibly been launched to the moon from the noise it was making,, so of course I called Rivers with my concern.
My first point of contact was Kimberly who made sure to take the initiative to take immediate action and call the owner, Steve Rivers, with my concern. The first point of contact is very important to me and she was so great to me, even after pointing out the water heater was out of warranty. I also told her our poor financial situation didn’t allow for repair cost and wanted to see if it could be a simple issue.
She called me right back and told me Mr. Rivers would call me, and he did right away. He also came out on his own to check out the issue.
Long story short, it was an expensive repair that took 3 visits trying to help us out and scouting for used parts ended up buying the new part himself and installing it. Mr. Rivers even went further and wouldn’t let us pay him! I argued and insisted on paying for one of the calls when I received my Social Security the next month. I wanted to do something to mitigate business expenses.
I called to make payment, 11/1, and told Kimberly of our agreement, rendered payment and in passing, said how grateful we were to have our hot water especially since our 4 year old washer decided to break 2 days later : )
We hung up and two minutes the owner’s wife, Ann, who runs the office, overheard and refused to take my payment even after stating my agreement with her husband to at least make this small payment! She was as nice and empathetic as her husband!
I don’t know of any business, large or small, that would care enough to take all the time and expense from a thriving business to help a senior couple on disability. Without them we wouldn’t have been able to fix the water heater and have any hot water!
.
Rivers Plumbing deserves this lengthy post and I hope your first call is to this business!

First, I called them to come give a quote to replace HVAC and ducting, he could have just given a quote an tried to sell me a new unit. Instead he fixed it. Steve came out today and found we had no Freon, there was a leak. He put in over 5 pounds, he fixed the leak at the value and then we discovered a massive leak in the Duc, he fixed that too! What an honest man. I'd recommend highly. He did give a quote for new HVAC etc but said we might be okay with the fixes he did today.

Sunday morning my heating furnace stopped operating. I called around and found Rivers, who is among the few to offer weekend "emergency" service. The dispatcher relayed my message and Steve Rivers called back within 20 minutes. After a brief explanation of the situation, he suggested I try to reset the furnace computer ,yself and he explained how the system should normally operate. I followed the (simple) procedure and the furnace came up again. Steve suggested to check the air-return filter, as it may be clogged causing the furnace to shut down to avoid overheating. This was easy to check and the filter was in fact clogged.
Steve could have chosen to not explain all this to me, and I would have ended up paying them (or any other repair company for that matter) the weekend emergency rate. But not so! Steve deserves my ighest recommendation since he went out of his way to help me repair the furnace by myself. What a guy! Give them your business if you need HVAC service!

I’ve had a couple repairs over the past 3 years and always had excellent service. Very professional, right down to Kimberly working the phones.

I don’t know if you can get cheaper (it’s all pricey around here!), but I doubt you can get better.

I had the water leakage went down to the garage floor from the wall structure. Initially we thought the issue is in the pipe within the wall but Steve could able to trace a tiny couple sharp leaks releasing the water , was actually the water going through the wall , came down to the garage floor. He just had to replace the connecting valve from the wall to toilet - simple enough., but they charged me $400 for the labor , part cost was $36. Steve mentioned since it is sunday , he charged me $400. he also told , if it is a week day it would have been 300$. I still feel it is very expensive for the work done. Hope they can review the charges.

We called this company to come see if they could do a repair. The woman who answered kept cutting me off, she never even let me describe what my problem was and then laughed and said “I’ll pass.”

They were extremely rude and unprofessional. We could not even get a word in without being cut off by the lady.

Just the way they interact with customers I would not want them to come to my property.

The website and advertising shows they do commercial services but when you call they say they don't do commercial services. They lie
