The level of customer service is amazing! I was greeted immediately by a friendly associated who I found to be knowledgeable and patient answering all my questions and giving me the opportunity to try several options.
My son had already purchased 3 mattress sets from Mattress Firm's Pleasant Hill location and once I visited the store I had no doubt I had made the right choice for my purchase.

Had a great experience ! It was watching my son grow. I took my 14 year old son with the money he saved from working to purchase a mattress and was greeted by a salesperson by the name of Goose ,who had more than enough knowledge and understanding to explain to my son not to make quick decisions on the purchase because its more than a purchase its an investment in terms of sleeping comfort and longevity . It was great watching the two of them work together to make his first big purchase and the way he was treated made the experience stress free knowing he was walking out the store with the right choice . What’s even better is he left not only with purchase but we also made a new friend in Goose and will guarantee our business in the future !

Brent was great. He explained the various beds good and not so good. NO pressure. We feel we got a very good bed and frame at a good price.

Clare took the time to help us find a new mattress. We were like Goldilocks trying and retrying each one but Clare was so patient. We finally found one that fits our need and budget. The delivery guys were also prompt and courteous.
