DFW Furniture Warehouse

I was hesitant about buying an expensive couch without sitting on it and feeling it but after years of following this brand I had to have it for my movie room. I am hooked! It is so soft and you melt into it when you sit down. I went with the black color and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend shooting with DFW warehouse and using Hazma as your sales associate. He was very patient with all of my questions and a seamless transaction from start to finish.

I received a couch with two chairs. I did not receive the side table I paid for and what is worst no one could tell me when it would be delivered.
Not only that the delivery drivers scratched my brand new floors, In my new home! My home was just built in October of 2023 I moved in November 2023. The delivery drivers scratch the floors!!!! I do not recommend allowing their delivery service! They bring the wrong items and will damage your home and not care!!!!

I went to “visit” some furniture that I’ve had my eye on, checking measurements, colors, configurations and what not and Robert has always been very helpful and friendly. I mentioned to him that I also needed and electric fireplace and he showed me a couple they had on sale that were perfect.

I’m excited about my furniture!!! And blown away with the service of the company and movers who where able to cut tight corners and wiggle my furniture throughout my apartment hallways shout out to Ali and the other guy !!!

Had went to another place and was not greeted or helped at all so we left. As soon as we walked in here we were greeted and helped right away by yesi haven’t received our furniture yet but customer service is always amazing purchased our previous couch from here in 2020 also.

We had a great experience at DFW in Concord. Showroom isn't huge but well appointed and quite frankly found it more enjoyable to shop in. Robert greeted us when we came in and let us have our space to look around. Really appreciated that! When we were ready he answered all our questions, made some great suggestions, and in the end we walked out happy customers. Ended up coming back the next week and adding another piece to our order which Robert was great at combining orders so we only had one delivery and charge. The delivery went smooth too. Everything was set up for us and any packaging removed and taken with the installers.

I'm a little late with my review but it was important that I let everyone know I would give the 10 stars if I could. I work for one of largest furniture related companies in the world and I feel the service I received from the manager was far and above most of My personal experiences. I will do business with them again and would hardly recommend them to anyone. Thank you

Great customer service and great value. Much better experience than other furniture retailers in the area. Cris and the others were all very friendly and helpful. The quality of their items surpasses the pricing they charge, I think they can only do that because they were all working hard to ensure everything was right. If you are going to spend your money, do it here; at least that way you know the money is going to local hard working families. I will update once I get everything delivered. So far so good.-->Continued: WOW, just WOW! Their delivery and setup of the item was well bebore I was expecting, was DONE in 40 minutes flat despite being a large, quality peice of furniture. Based on all other experience, I would have allotted them 2 hours, but the fact is they are the hardest working people I have had the pleasure of dealing with. More details to come. Seriously, spend your money here, it will pay you back.

I have bought several pieces of furniture from Robert and he has been far superior to anyone i have ever purchased furniture from in the past. My furniture was of extremely good quality and i would definitely do business with him again in the future...even though i moved out of state . THANKS ROBERT!!!!

We recently bought a new King size upholstered bed and mattress. Very happy with our new addition to our home. Great salesman friendly and knowlegable . Will shop there again for sure.

I went in to their San Leandro store a while ago and bought a custom sofa and dining room set. Very happy with our purchase so far. Can’t wait until they open the doors here in concord. Great addition to the city

just walking up the street checking out furniture stores....came across a really large store I never seen it before , but I guess they been around for a while ...I walk in the store and I see a huge selection of sectional all of a sudden I was like “wow” one of helper guys name Cris came to help me and my partner pick a fabric and a design ..he was super nice and just fantastic....gave us a great deal and did the delivery right away....5 stars to these guys ....also there was a guy name Sean that worked there kudos to discount furniture warehouse...

Kinda a hidden gem to be honest. Off the beaten path. The show room isn’t huge but decent an they have a computer that allows u to see everything else. Staff was nice an able to help us fairly quickly. Granted we were the only ones there.

Beautiful Selection of furniture DFW is a breath of fresh air Great addition to the city. They have good financing options. $49 down and I was able to furnish the whole house
