Where do I begin? Alex Khodadad is simply amazing and professional! I have worked with him and his company twice. The first time was when he sold my house in 2012. The second is this past few months helping me buy a house. I trust him and his team for everything! Alex was working out of the bay and got me in contacts with someone from his team and let me tell you Jose Solorzano is superb at finding you the right house! He went above and beyond in finding Us the right house. It felt like I was his family and he wouldn’t steer me in the wrong direction. He inspected every inch of the house and giving me potential problem and point out the bonus features he seen! My home buying experience, as others have experienced, was stressful, frustrating, and exhausting. Through all of the hectic mess of loan applications, and everything else, the ONLY calming factor was Cliff our realtor. We came upon him by pure chance as we requested a random realtor on Zillow and had scheduled 8 homes to take a look at and then the morning of, as we filled our 3 children into the car to look at homes the realtor canceled on us 30 minutes before looking. We desperately looked for another realtor praying we could still look at the homes. In came Cliff, this man not only rescheduled all of the homes but met us within 45 minutes of scheduling them and all of this on a Saturday! He then spent the next 10 MONTHS looking at homes and we went through 4 lenders 3 of which he suggested and worked day and night to make the deal work. I cannot honestly tell you that I know of a more dedicated loyal person that is in this business to help people and his knowledge on homes and suggested negotiations is key. We finally closed and got Keys on our home a few days ago and absolutely none of it would have been possible without Cliff. I owe him everything!

A++. I had the opportunity to work with Clifton Driver and his team on the purchase for a mutual client. I am with Rocket Mortgage and handled the financing, Clifton went above and beyond the norm as a real estate agent to make sure the client made it to the closing table. I hired Delphi to sell a home in Kensington, and they did a fabulous job. Treza was point person, and she was terrific. I was managing everything from out-of-state, and Treza handled anything and everything on the ground for me. She helped with cleaning up the house, managed contractors who fixed up the house, coordinated the various inspections, handled the staging and marketing, and successfully handled the negotiations with buyer. I hired Alex and his team to help me find a tenant for our rental in Pleasant Hill and the process from start to finish was amazing. If I could give this review 10 stars, I would. My husband and I were looking for a realtor to guide us through the search & purchase of our first home.
