Zions Bank St. George/River Road

I came in to create a checking account and I received fast service and was able to make an account within 25 minutes.

I left Zions Bank several years ago because of a total lack of customer service. I stopped in today (May 2023) to get a print out of an old account.

I'm not convinced Zions has changed its ways, but Karen provided EXCELLENT customer service. If Zions can replicate this service and make their fees competitive with my credit union ID consider returning!

Five stars for Karen, no stars for Zions. I guess I'll give it 4 stars today.

I went there and had a short wait, but then helpful and efficient service. I'm sure I will be back.

They are so nice and very helpful

I have banked at this location for many years. The service has declined considerably throughout the years. I know that when I go to the drive through I’m in for at least a 15 minute wait. No matter the time of day. When we started our business almost 4 years ago, we decided to open our business account at a different bank. What a pleasant surprise that has been. I often go to both banks one right after the other. The stark contrast between the two is huge. At the other bank I receive quick, friendly, efficient service. At Zions bank I receive frustration.....and fees. They LOVE to charge you for everything they can possibly think of. I will be switching my accounts out as soon as I can find a few hours to manage it.

There is a short lady that works and the second counter to the right that is very rude and is very disrespectful. I had come in to deposit money into the bank and she had entered the information in the computer incorrectly ($30,000 off) and insisted that she had done it right. I am very disappointed with the service there and will be closing my account with them.

Terrible customer service. The manager there -"Annie" is extremely rude! Seriously considering closing my account with zions bank.
