I stopped by to pick up my order and left happy. The sales person was very helpful and even came out to help put my speakers in the car

Ivan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in finding what we needed. He made sure we had everything set up and was very patient when we asked questions. Overall he was extremely friendly and we appreciated his help greatly.

I've bought and returned multiple instruments while trying to find what I vibe with. Every employee I've come across so far has been fantastic and patient. Friendly atmosphere and great selection of stuff. Love this location

I had a loose broken string on my guitar and Julien or Julian (pardon my spelling) was patient and glad to help me with it since I am still a beginner. He was one of the coolest people i’ve met. Will definitely go back here! I recommend seeking him if you ever need help :D 5 stars!

I am no big fan of Guitar Center in general. But I needed to order an amp same day, and pick it up soon due to some home logistics. The manager was wonderful, picking up the phone, telling me to go ahead and drive to the store while she prepared the order, and she did. I should have asked her for her name. She deserves to be rewarded by her own management.. This was on Dec 27. Thank you!

Always get great help, no matter what I’m looking for. If it’s not in the store it can be ordered and shipped there or to my home in a few days.

I want to thank the staff today at my local Concord Ca store. I always get good service at my store and I'm happy to be a customer. I bought a squire bass vi on black Friday. After doing a minor adjustment on the truss rod I was having difficulties adjusting the height on the saddles. I went to the store thinking I would have to pay for a new set up. The tech was out to lunch. One of the managers came over. Got the right allen wrench and adjusted the bridge. I walked put happy. Thank you

The staff was very helpful. As soon as I entered there were willing people interested in helping, so I was very happy. I was able to look around I wanted to shop around for some harmonicas and found a great variety in front of me. So I chose the ones I wanted for the gifts I was giving and everything was wonderful. They gave me some awesome guitar center gift bags and ribbon and name tag. It was great happy New Year everyone thank you.
