Chase Bank

I love this Chase! Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I am always greeted as I enter the bank and asked what I need help with. The line always moves quickly. One banker helped me set up Google Pay, which I had always been hesitant to use, but I'm happy that we did because it has come in handy so many times! Another banker helped me by showing me the ATM within the bank that dispenses all kinds of change, so I didn't need to wait in line to get the singles that I needed. Chase bank has been the best bank I've been with and this branch is by far one of the best I've been to!

Thank you Michelle! Five starts for you! I came here last time to ask for help my credit card issue. Michelle was very friendly, patient and responsible to take care of my issue. She also told me to make sure my issue would be followed by her and she would call me the later dates to update my case. Today I got my issue fixed and I am very impressed by her professional service as well as her kind attitude. Thank you!

The tellers, personal account representative and financial representative are all very professional and personable. Chase personnel who I have dealt with directly are Rolando for new accounts safe deposit boxes etc, Donald in finances/investments and Naveen for business accounts, notaries and medallion stamps. My Chase team ROCKS!!!

Good. But most other chase banks during the day are much faster and staff a bit more friendly

Great Customer Service!

First, I really like the Chase technology and the fact that I can almost always find a branch in most cities, but...
I opened my business accounts at this branch and lately the service has been frustrating at best. It's absolutely impossible to make an appointment online or by phone. I have had to take time away from my business to go down to the branch to make an appointment to come back to the branch to ask someone a simple question that would have taken 2 minutes by phone or 30 seconds by email (for things business banking services by phone had told me can only be handled at the branch level). To add to the frustration, the name on my business card has been ordered wrong TWICE, yet no one is willing to handle it at the branch level without me coming down to the branch AGAIN to explain to them how to do something I consider to be painfully simple.

Usually a excellent bank, but there customer service in here when it's slow is horrible! Just because there 4 people in line does not mean you should only have one window open!!

The people who work here don’t seem to want to help, whats worse is the lack of communication they have with corporate. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone.

Been waiting 20 minutes at the window. Who would think that they are unable to hand count money? With all these banks tanking I understand the problem .....location of the actual cash.

Another mistake a month or so later- and again just waiting, like every other time some gotta sit and wait.

Don’t expect for them to answer their phone. We called in multiple times over two weeks at different times to try and ask a simple question and request an easy action. Eventually we came in and were told that we had to schedule an appointment! Something that could have been easily handled over the phone. For people who have busy schedules it’s best to either fiddle with the app or going to another branch than coming here. I didn’t know there was an appointment option on the app but they could have told me if they answered.

We strongly advise against banking with this institution due to a recent troubling experience. My wife attempted to cash a check from her employer due to a change in departments, resulting in a different payroll method and the issuance of a check. Despite previous successful transactions with Chase Bank in the past, she encountered unexpected obstacles during this visit. Upon presenting the check, she was informed that a manager's override was required, but the manager was unavailable due to a lunch break. I personally contacted customer service to verify this requirement and was informed that as long as the check is issued by Chase, only two forms of ID are needed. Despite this, when my wife returned to the bank and explained the situation, she was informed that the check could not be verified, and no explanation was provided. Furthermore, the bank claimed that the company issuing the check did not authorize its cashing. Throughout the interaction, the staff members were rude and unhelpful. Notably, the manager, who was supposedly on lunch break, quickly emerged from the office upon my wife's request for business cards. Given that my wife had our baby with her, the lack of assistance and the attempt to treat her like a criminal were deeply disappointing and unacceptable.
